“We dined at the Punta Gorda Restaurant and the food was very good with enough to take home leftovers. The server was super. He came and checked on us many times during our dinner. The restaurant is very clean and servers are clean cut & well dressed. I would give the place a 5 Star rating.“

“The food here is awesome. Cooked to order and hot. The woman there is very nice and definitely knows what she’s doing in the kitchen. I haven’t tried everything but the tacos anr Amazing and are definitely the best in town. I stopped there almost every day.“

“Been here 5/6 Fridays in a row after work with my wife. The staff a d bartender are some of the nicest and kindest people I've met. We've had a good mix of everything on the menu a day have enjoyed it all. Beer is ice cold and the restaurant is very clean. We'll be back next week.

“I was on Gasparilla Island to show my watercolor paintings at the Art On Park Avenue fine art show. My husband stopped over at the Tortuga Mexican Street Cuisine for lunch. He returned to the show with a steak bowl and two tamales (one chicken and one pork). He requested both the mild (green) and hot (red) sauces for the food. Everything was AMAZING! the sauces had just the right amount of Zing for their heat levels and both added a nice and unique flavor to each food item. We will definitely return to the Tortuga!“
