“You have to check this place out! Great variety of beers which constantly rotate. My husband and I love this place as it caters to both of our tastes; he is a dark beer lover and I prefer pilsners/lagers. The staff are very friendly and are the reason that we keep coming back. They have free bar snacks but not meals. However they allow you to bring in any food (nearby restaurants available). By far the best local brewery in Orlando!Update 2023 -- still one of the most talked about breweries we have ever visited. It is always a highlight anytime we are in town. 1000/10 recommend“

“I was in Orlando from Tampa and wanted some conch salad. I was lucky to find this gem because it's a True Bahamian. I had the crack conch, chicken, Coleslaw, peas and rice and Mac n cheese. Which all was good. But for me, I love me some conch salad and it hit the spot so I had to get 2nd order. I will be back. ??242“

“I have never had mead as amazing as the mead from Zymarium Meadery. Each mead has its own personality, there are so many unique and wonderful flavors. Every single one is so carefully and perfectly crafted, I had a difficult time choosing a favorite. The atmosphere is cozy and comfortable. I absolutely love the decor, the art is classy and beautiful. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend visiting Zymarium. Joe and Ginger have created a truly one-of-a-kind experience. And I will definitely be back!“

I love the experimentation that goes on here, even if I don’t like all of the beers, but I make weekly trips here to try the new ones. If you like IPA’s or Sours, come here. “Wow - I'm surprised I've never reviewed this place before, and this is our second time coming here! We visited here last year and have day dreamed about their jumbo wings ever since. Last year, we drank our first white beer, and it was called White Rhino or something like that. It was something we never had before and I am so sad it was only seasonal. Came here again about a week ago, and of course as a brewery - the menu changes. We got the Hefeweizen on tap, and had two orders of their wings. The wings are grilled to perfection and the meat literally falls off the bones. We got the buffalo and garlic jalapeno, with ranch to dip it in. Love coming here after work but before the evening crowd. Happy Hour prices are affordable, and the staff truly enjoy working there. The guests that drink with you are polite and the atmosphere isn't too loud. Lots of street parking, and their own designated parking lot around the corner.“

They provided us with an unforgettable dining experience filled with samples of some great dishes as well as their signature Cotswolds Ale. The warmth and dedication of the family not only shines through in their interactions but also in every dish and brew they offer.Our samples at Dees Bros included their Hot Ham & Sliders, Grandma's Swedish Meatballs, Spent Grain Pretzel with Gooey Beer Cheese Dip, and the amazingly refreshing Swedish Cucumbers. Each dish was a masterpiece of traditional and family-inspired cooking. It was so good we went back for more after our tour was over!Our beer selections, the Cotswolds Ale and the Aquadnauts, complemented the meal beautifully. The Cotswolds Ale, an English Amber Ale, was praised by our group for its easy-drinking nature and versatility with the diverse flavors of our dishes. But for me it was the Aquadnauts, a Belgian Quad, that stole the show. “SBC is our go-to stop for lunch and a growler refill when we fly into Sanford; we've come to expect really good food and service which is what keeps us coming back. Our most recent stop was on Thursday and our server was Chris. The bar has been set high in the past, but Chris was exceptional. He chatted a little, checked in with us regularly, and was always working. Without exception, just when we would think we were ready for something, he was magically right there on the spot. Very impressive and worth noting. We had the pretzel bites and grilled mahi sandwich. Food was really good as usual, but the service was especially worthy of a shoutout.“

“Mike was my server Sunday, March 10th. We had music outside with Lauren Carder Fox. The weather was great and service was perfect. Mike was very engaging with my party of 3 and a baby. “Definitely a money-saver place to have a drink before the game! Met up here with a couple of coworkers before our holiday party at the Amway. Came around 4pm, right before the crowd came rushing in. We were self sat and served immediately. We all ordered a pint of beer, and they gave us a cup of water to go with it. No liquor at this place. We were served by Charlie and he was great! Super friendly, attentive, and did well handling our huge party. Beers range from $5-7, which is a total win compared to the $10-15 beers inside the Amway. Parking is tough unless you're at the Gieco Garage or street parking. Wish they validated parking! The only time I'd come here is if there's an event at the Amway.“
