The 2 young ladies who helped me out are some of the nicest people I have encountered on such a quick visit to a store! I walked in and they immediately started asking what I was looking for, once I custom made my smoothie the other young lady quickly started telling me about the rewards and was happy to offer sample chips! These are small things but I just wanted to take the time to recognize two fantastic employees!“

“OMG, I think I just found my favorite spot for a delicious protein shake and then some! The donuts are to die for! Super Bonus, its a freaking protein donut! All jokes aside, I will be back, and back again......and again. Our 1st try was the banana bread protein shake, a MUST try! & the smores protein donuts, bomb! & the acai bowl, muah! Everything was made FRESH, you here me! LIKE SHE MAKING DONUTS "DING" OUT THE OVEN KINDA FRESH! The owner, bomb, so welcoming, super sweet and really cares about the health and mindfulness of the body, and my experience here, pretty much made me do my happy dance. “I ordered a Mediterranean veggie wrap. I'm not sure what I got but it was not that. Definitely no rice in it I do not see a number to call and I cannot run back up there today. This was my second visit there. I recommend you check your food before you leave.

I go back at a later date to tell the gentleman that he gave me the wrong order. He seemed surprised and acted as if that were impossible. I ordered a smoothie which was great. He was not considerate enough to correct the problem he created.

Just want to give you an update. I went back and the gentleman gave me half off on the order to make up for the issue I had before. Still a great place to visit, with good food and healthy smoothies.“

“Ever since I’ve been to SoBol, each time I’ve went, there has ben no issues at all. The service is amazing, the staff is super friendly and they always are in a positive mood. You never have to worry about the freshness of their REAL ingredients, and the taste, SO GOOD! SoBol has never disappointed me and I don’t think it ever will. Would definitely recommend for anybody!

“Today I stopped in for some wellness shots & left with much more. First time trying the Buffalo Chickpea Salad & I ate it on my way home it looked so good-it was amazing! Then I broke into the homemade Broccoli Potato soup-yummy! Washed it all down with the watermelon Good Vibrations juice! If only we had a location in Lake Mary/Sanford, (hint hint) I would eat there multiple times per week! I just can’t say enough about this place & the owners are absolute gems!“

“First time checking the place out—loved the menu. It’s been a while since I’ve seen anything different.

I bought the Taro Latte and King Brûlée, both with oat milk and at full sweetness. Both were excellent and I totally forgot to take pics since I had to drive but this was worth it.

Service was good too and at the time I went, it was pretty quiet. Looks like the perfect place to study and work.

“I visit the Heathrow location almost every day. My experience is usually good. Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. I tried to reach out via the Contact Us form on your website, but it does not allow a comment to be submitted. I continue to be a huge fan of CFS and will see you tomorrow.“

“The girl at the counter let me know that I could get a hot Tea-Presso since it was cold outside. I tired a hot jasmine green tea with milk and boba. I would have preferred a stronger flavor but it was pretty good and VERY hot. My daughter got Thai iced tea milk tea with boba and her friend got a mango milk tea. They said their drinks were really good. It seemed a little pricey but the drinks were big. My other daughter got a Nutella brownie and it was tasty.“

“Today my daughter and I enjoyed Mother’s Day tea at this lovely tea room. From the moment we walked in, you could feel the warmth and friendliness from the staff. We were greeted right away and taken to our table. My daughter tried a caramel tea and I tried a Hawaiian tea, both were excellent. The food was nothing short of spectacular. A special treat today was the live harp that was being played when we walked in. What a very special touch for Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner and what a true gem she is. Owning this tea room is her passion and it shows in every detail. I would highly recommend anyone to come enjoy this charming tea room!“

“I have been writing emails through customer service for an incident that happened about a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. I placed an order online for a flatbread and a smoothie and went in to pick it up about 20 minutes afterwards. The order wasn’t ready but understandably so since there were about 8 other customers waiting for their food and only 2 people working. I received my food about 15 minutes or so after waiting (no biggie). When I went back to my office to sit down to eat my food, I found a plastic tie for bread in my flatbread. I bit into it and it cut my tongue. I would like a refund for it and also just state that obviously accidents happen but your employees should just be careful when preparing the food. (I have video and photos to prove if necessary)“

“Ok, so I am a regular here, and it’s always a good experience. Great staff, great smoothies, perfect post gym snack. But today was some of the best times I have ever had. I rushed in today to order my boyfriend and I’s smoothies because I wanted to pay- and there was a line, which happens, so they were like it’s gonna be a bit of a wait. And I was like yeah of course take your time, but low and behold they got to me so quickly. And I think they sensed my urgency because the two boys were like what’s up? and I was like can I pay before you make my order because I wanted to pay before my boyfriends gets in here. And they let me and were just so nice. Albeit my boyfriend did make it in in time and beat me to it- but that’s besides the point. Not to mention the smoothies were phenomenal and really quick. Especially considering there was lowkey a rush. Anywho the name on the receipt is Andrew, so whoever was there with him and him deserve a raise or something. 🙏 IDK- but great energy and service and vibes.“
