“I just went in about 5 minutes ago and I had to stop in my car to take the time to write these review! The 2 young ladies who helped me out are some of the nicest people I have encountered on such a quick visit to a store! I walked in and they immediately started asking what I was looking for, once I custom made my smoothie the other young lady quickly started telling me about the rewards and was happy to offer sample chips! These are small things but I just wanted to take the time to recognize two fantastic employees!“

“This was my first time at Paradise World Foods & Smoothies (1058 State Road 436, Casselberry, FL), and I’m so glad I finally stopped in! I live just a couple minutes up the road and had seen this place a few times but never tried it until today.

The menu offers way healthier options than typical fast food, and the smoothies are amazing. I’m very particular about texture, and I loved that my smoothie was perfectly drinkable right away—not overly frozen. I got the PB Monster smoothie and the Thai Cabbage Chicken Wrap (so good I forgot to take a picture before digging in!).

Sue, who helped me, was incredibly kind and patient. Since it was my first visit, I didn’t want any sweetener in my smoothie. I even had to stop her mid-prep to confirm, and she had no problem adjusting it. She made my food perfectly, and the smoothie turned out amazing.

The vibe here is great—you can tell good energy flows through this place, and Sue definitely adds to it. If you’re in the area and looking for fresh, healthy options with great service, this is the spot!“

“I visit the Heathrow location almost every day. My experience is usually good. Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. “I came in this morning around 8:30 ish for the first time ever, and I just felt compelled to let someone know about my experience since I’ve been thinking about it all day. From the moment I walked into Planet Smoothie, I was greeted by a young woman, I asked for her name at the end of our conversation she said her named is Arianna. She made me feel so welcome. We chatted a bit at the end of ordering, and I must say, it truly brightened my morning to have someone take such genuine interest in my morning. I am partially blind in one eye, so seeing the menu clearly can be a bit of a challenge. Arianna was incredibly patient and thoughtful she walked me through the menu item by item and never once made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. Since it was my first visit, I wasn’t quite sure what to order. I knew I wanted something with plenty of protein and antioxidants, and she recommended the lean green extreme. I wanted to add more to my drink and she even made sure to let me know about additional charges if I were to add, which I truly appreciated since most restaurants don’t mention up charges and I’m surprised by the area you pay at. The smoothie was absolutely delicious, but the service was what really stood out to me. Arianna went above and beyond, and it made my first experience a wonderful one.“

I would have preferred a stronger flavor but it was pretty good and VERY hot. My daughter got Thai iced tea milk tea with boba and her friend got a mango milk tea. They said their drinks were really good. It seemed a little pricey but the drinks were big. My other daughter got a Nutella brownie and it was tasty.“

“Great combo location at the west end of the Oviedo Mall, with Auntie Anne's pretzels, Tollhouse cookies, ice cream, and smoothies. Getting a cup of those cinnamon pretzels is a real treat when we visit the mall, but I am also partial to the snickerdoodle cookies, which are perfectly crispy on the edges, but just a little doughy in the center.“

We were greeted right away and taken to our table. My daughter tried a caramel tea and I tried a Hawaiian tea, both were excellent. The food was nothing short of spectacular. A special treat today was the live harp that was being played when we walked in. What a very special touch for Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner and what a true gem she is.
