The 2 young ladies who helped me out are some of the nicest people I have encountered on such a quick visit to a store! I walked in and they immediately started asking what I was looking for, once I custom made my smoothie the other young lady quickly started telling me about the rewards and was happy to offer sample chips! These are small things but I just wanted to take the time to recognize two fantastic employees!“

“This was my first time at The Protein Lab and it definitely won’t be my last! Jacky was the one who helped us, and she was incredibly kind and welcoming.

I ordered the Banana Bread smoothie and an Oreo protein donut—both were amazing. My partner got the Strawberry donut, which was also delicious. I was so excited that I forgot to take pictures because I downed everything pretty quickly!

“This was my first time at Paradise World Foods & Smoothies (1058 State Road 436, Casselberry, FL), and I’m so glad I finally stopped in! I live just a couple minutes up the road and had seen this place a few times but never tried it until today.

The menu offers way healthier options than typical fast food, and the smoothies are amazing. I’m very particular about texture, and I loved that my smoothie was perfectly drinkable right away—not overly frozen. I got the PB Monster smoothie and the Thai Cabbage Chicken Wrap (so good I forgot to take a picture before digging in!).

Sue, who helped me, was incredibly kind and patient. Since it was my first visit, I didn’t want any sweetener in my smoothie. I even had to stop her mid-prep to confirm, and she had no problem adjusting it. She made my food perfectly, and the smoothie turned out amazing.

The vibe here is great—you can tell good energy flows through this place, and Sue definitely adds to it. If you’re in the area and looking for fresh, healthy options with great service, this is the spot!“

“We LOVE Teapioca and have been loyal customers since soft opening. Everything we’ve ever had here is delicious. We love the light fluffy snowyn, but their teas are downright craveable. Each month there is a new featured drink, and some have become lasting favorites... My kiddo loves April’s drink (butterfly pea tea with lavender), Thai Tea and Taro Tea are always solid go tos, Peachy Lemon Liz is so herby and refreshing… Also hooked on Raspberry Black Cream Blastea. “I visit the Heathrow location almost every day. My experience is usually good. Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. I tried to reach out via the Contact Us form on your website, but it does not allow a comment to be submitted. I continue to be a huge fan of CFS and will see you tomorrow.“

“The girl at the counter let me know that I could get a hot Tea-Presso since it was cold outside. I tired a hot jasmine green tea with milk and boba. I would have preferred a stronger flavor but it was pretty good and VERY hot. My daughter got Thai iced tea milk tea with boba and her friend got a mango milk tea. They said their drinks were really good. It seemed a little pricey but the drinks were big. My other daughter got a Nutella brownie and it was tasty.“

We were greeted right away and taken to our table. My daughter tried a caramel tea and I tried a Hawaiian tea, both were excellent. The food was nothing short of spectacular. A special treat today was the live harp that was being played when we walked in. What a very special touch for Mother’s Day. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner and what a true gem she is. “I have been writing emails through customer service for an incident that happened about a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. I placed an order online for a flatbread and a smoothie and went in to pick it up about 20 minutes afterwards. The order wasn’t ready but understandably so since there were about 8 other customers waiting for their food and only 2 people working. I received my food about 15 minutes or so after waiting (no biggie). When I went back to my office to sit down to eat my food, I found a plastic tie for bread in my flatbread. I bit into it and it cut my tongue. I would like a refund for it and also just state that obviously accidents happen but your employees should just be careful when preparing the food. (I have video and photos to prove if necessary)“
