We had a great experience at Saucy by KFC. The service was outstanding, the lady at the counter was incredibly friendly and attentive. She kept checking in to make sure everything was okay and that we were enjoying our food, which we really appreciated.

The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. You could tell it was prepared with care. Overall, a very pleasant visit with excellent customer service and great quality food. We will definitely be coming back!“

“I was helped by Bia today and she was absolute amazing. This was our first time visiting and she spent about ten minutes explaining the menu to us, as well as allowing us to try many flavors. “I don’t stop at Chick-fil-A unless it’s peppermint chip milkshake season. Even close to closing, in the cold, the drive-thru staff here is still in a good mood. The same girl at the window is always there — upbeat, friendly, and always smiling. Most places just close the doors 10 minutes early and give you an angry glare if you try to ask for something.“

“I enjoyed the Pretzel Cheddar Club w/ filet meal. The sandwich was very good, and it tasted great. In my personal opinion, though, the original sandwich is so good on its own that next time I I would probably get the classic instead. Absolutely no complaints about the sandwich I had, but I just like things a little simpler. The cookies & cream shake (w/ a shot of chocolate syrup) was fantastic, and for my side I had was a side salad. The salad was nice and fresh and a decent size for a side salad. I was pleased with the entire meal.“

“I ordered on Slim Chickens on Door Dash and I received my food and I ordered 2 jars one brownie and other one is cheesecake. I received the brownie jar and I didn't receive the cheesecake jar. I called the Dasher to see if maybe she left it behind in the car and she said they never gave it to her. So I called the store and Kevin picked up the phone and he went to verify that we order the cheese cake jar and he said yes I see you ordered it and so he took he initiative and said he will deliver the jar himself to my location. After ordering (girl had to do it twice as she didn't understand English too well) she then told us she couldn't take cash. She had another staff member finish our order but he was confused as we had 2 orders. Getting out of drive thru is difficult because of traffic pattern. “We just had an experience at Popeyes that honestly deserves all the praise. We showed up last minute, placed our order, and they were super quick with it despite the time. Unfortunately, there was a little mix-up: my wife, who’s pregnant, got spicy food she couldn’t eat.

What really stood out was how they handled it. We went back to let them know, and I think it was the manager who helped us—though I can’t quite remember. They apologized multiple times, immediately remade the order with no problem at all, and even gave us a complimentary dessert for the inconvenience. The level of care was just amazing, and I have honestly never been treated this well at a fast-food place.
