“Delicious food, quick and friendly service, great menu with traditional dishes. The green papaya salad is a must for an appetizer, slightly spicy, just as a heads up. The volcano chicken is delicious. The Chinese broccoli hit the spot for a veggie dish. The thai iced tea was perfect. The only negative was that the tables for two people are small and close together, but that's just the design of the restaurant. It's a rather small location. But for a good, casual meal of Thai food, Charm is a winner. We'll be back! Enjoy!“
“Came in with my gf for dinner and it was great! Thai teas were very good, and we both ordered the pork pad tai and chicken tom yum soup. I really liked the portions and when they say hot they mean it. Our server was very nice and the service was very fast. I recommend getting the mango sticky rice as a dessert. Will be coming here again!“

“The restaurant is large and has many seats. The toilet space is very comfortable. There is an automatic aroma spraying device. The menu is rich. You can choose the dishes you want to eat. The food is served very quickly. The service is also very good. The food tastes good and is worth it. Come and try it! But it would be better if you could use chopsticks instead of bamboo chopsticks!“
“On vacation in Orlando-we made a resi on open table but were running 15 minutes late. We called and they were able to accommodate us with no problem. Very cool physical space- only remark would be to dim the lights and add candles for better ambiance. Thai food really good with large portions.“
“The restaurant closes at 9 and their last call for food was around 8:30 on a Friday night. The same lady, which we can assume was the owner, was the server, the runner, the everything. She was the only one that attended the take out orders, the placing the order, everything. We felt a bit uneased as service is definitely not what we would praise about in that place. “We discovered this place because of our resort. It was in their coupon book. After reading the reviews we decided to go and try it out. What a great experience. Wonderful atmosphere and great food. The restaurant is adorned with authentic hand carved furniture from Thailand. Our servers were engaging and kept an eye on us. I would recommend this place for Thai food. Taste of the good was very good. Some dishes had a hint of sweetness even though they weren’t supposed to. I overheard the table next to me say his fried rice was sweet. My wife’s green curry had a hint of sweetness overall everything was good.“

“Some of the best pad thai I've found in Central Florida. They are also not joking when it comes to spice levels. I ordered a 3 and it was perfect. Their happy hour drinks were delicious and the service was very friendly. I also ordered the pad see ew which I would've liked a little more sauce on but I will definitely ask for it when I go back. I would definitely recommend!“
