“Food is horrible. I ordered the Bayou pasta. It was dry and it had no seasoning. All I tasted was noodles on the first bite. O, they charge 4 dollars for extra sauce for the pasta. Like really! If you ever had food in New Orleans, you will know this ain't it. I don't know what others see in the food. Maybe each location is different. I went to the one in Rockledge/Cocoa Beach, Fl area. All I know is that next time I am "Walking On" right passed this restaurant to another one that's better.... hopefully.“

“So glad that we discovered Willa this evening. Can't believe that we hadn't found it previously. But discovering it on a Sunday night turned out to be quite a treat. That is their half price wine bottle night as well as the buy one get one chicken schnitzel night. The schnitzel along with it s. Lemon/ dill potato salad were delicious but the focaccia bread starter may have been the star of the show. And then we followed up with some of their homemade, soft serve and absolutely incredible warm, delicious chocolate chip cookie. Our server, Duncan, was terrific. We will be back!!! “Our FIRST time ever here and it was amazing!!! Didn’t know what to order so I asked our server Brendan so he recommended me towards the steak burger ( had one side cooked medium rare and the other medium well( for my pregnant wife) and it was probably one of the best I’ve ever had in my life. I arrived early to meet friends and was invited to sit at the bar—something I usually dread since I don’t drink. The bartender approached, and I asked for something non-alcoholic. He suggested a non-alcoholic beer (not my thing), and then I mentioned ginger beer. His eyes lit up—he had one he hadn’t tried before: Bundaberg. What could’ve been an awkward wait turned into this fun, unexpected exchange as we both discovered the drink together. It came in a vintage-style bottle, and he treated it like it was the most interesting cocktail he’d ever poured. That kind of thoughtful hospitality changes everything. When my group arrived, the meal was incredible—rich flavors, creative pairings, and descriptions that made every dish sound like art. The food was phenomenal, but the way the evening felt was even better. As I left, the bartender smiled and said, “I found a case of that Bundaberg in the back—it’ll be here when you come back.” That moment captured the heart of Mise En Place: attention to detail, genuine connection, and simple moments turned extraordinary.“

This time I tried the Pistachio Crusted Fried Brie with cranberry chutney, balsamic reduction and d toasted parmesan crostini and it was amazingly delicious and also a shareable plate. For dinner I had the Oak Grilled Norwegian Salmon with heirloom tomato salad, white wine butter sauce, and house-made orzo pasta with a side of the Caramelized Brussels Sprouts with Applewood bacon and a balsamic glaze. It was all excellent and very flavorful just as everything else has been in my 4 visits here. It's hard to even pick a favorite! Besides the great selection of shareable plates, entrees, sides, and drinks, the decor and ambience are stunning. Then add to that, my server Adam was exceptional, and he was very attentive, polite, respectful, courteous, patient, and he genuinely made me feel so welcomed and valued. He has made so many wonderful recommendations to me over my visits and has even gotten me to try many new things that have all been excellent.“

If you had any questions or needed anything they were always ready to help, or spend as much time as needed to go over and explain everything. The food was absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for any occasion whether it be dinner with family or friends, a romantic date night, or to have a party or celebration. The venue oozes elegance and luxury, making you feel like royalty. But let’s talk about the star of the show: the food! We indulged in a mouthwatering array of delights like the Union Sticky Bun, sushi, the legendary Union Burger, and oh my goodness, the Korean Fried Chicken & Waffles! Plus, don’t even get me started on dessert—yum! The cherry on top? The fabulous service from Jacob and Alena, who made our experience unforgettable, even with the restaurant buzzing with excitement. We’re already planning our next visit and can’t recommend Union New American enough!“

“We went to Clear Sky (Palm Harbor) on Dec 25th, for dinner. It was our 1st time. The restaurant is really nice. The hostess was very personable and sat us right away (we had a reservation). Our server was Brie and she was really friendly and welcoming. The menu had so many delicious sounding offerings, it was hard to choose! I decided on the brisket and my husband ordered the Salmon Oscar. Both were excellent! The brisket was very tender and flavorful, the garlic mashed potatoes were real and homemade and the portion was generous. My husband loved the salmon. The fish was cooked perfectly and it was a generous size, larger than many other restaurants. It came with jasmine rice, broccoli and asparagus. He did say the asparagus was "stocky" but the broccoli was perfect. Brie was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed the whole time we were there, without being intrusive. A very friendly man named Shaun came over to ask how everything was and we definitely sang the praises the whole experience deserved! He chatted with us for a few minutes and told us about all the locations and that they serve breakfast 7 days a week, which were planning on trying this weekend. So, on a scale of 1-10, we give Clear Sky Club Haus a 10! The food quality, portion size, varied menu and service, all excellent and the prices are good too. A lot of other restaurants in the same price range, fall short as far as the food quality and portions. We've definitely added it to our "favorites" list.“
