Authentic Thai restaurant with everything made from scratch! Delicious!
Food was delicious and fresh. Service was great. Chef was accommodating and very proud of her food. Overall excellent meal.
This restaurant was such a jewel to come upon!!! The food is amazing! The staff are so welcoming and kind. They had already turned off the open sign when a party of 4 showed up and the staff welcomed them in with open arms! We will always make this one of our regular stops! Highly recommended!

Shallot Savory Thai in Clearwater offers an incredible dining experience from start to finish. The Panang Curry beef features a deep rich dark sauce full of flavor with tender meat, reminiscent of Spanish Mole. The pad Thai is amazing, and the green curry is super flavorful. The fried rice and green curry are really tasty, full of ingredients and veggies as promised and packed with flavor. The food was mild - medium hot, the perfect combination of heat and flavor. Other dishes include a light sauce with prawns, broccoli, mushrooms, baby corn, pea pods, cabbage, carrots and sweet red peppers, perfectly cooked with nice crunch, plus Beef Stir-fry, Shrimp Pad Thai, Mango Sticky Rice and Thai Iced Tea. Each dish was flavorful, unique and perfectly prepared. The food is Michelin worthy. The service is great, top notch, inviting, warm and friendly. The atmosphere feels like being immersed in a different place, with decor reminiscent of Thailand and hints of the culture placed throughout the dining area. The ambiance is filled with enticing aromas and a vibrant soundtrack, all just steps away from busy Mandalay Ave.
