The Conch Czar is a hidden gem! You wouldn't The specialty conch salad is amazing. And you get a lot of it! I also got the fried oysters that were super juicy. The batter was very light and crunchy. I travel the world and eaten at some of the top restaurants and this is amazing
Stopped by A Taste of Miami Conch today in Clearwater to grab some conch salad. It is made fresh to order... So delicious! We got two types...a Bahamian Citrus Conch salad with mango added and a Boom Boom salad with conch, shrimp and crab in it. It felt like we were back in the islands. The owner and chef is so friendly and asked us to taste the salads to make sure we liked the lever of heat and spice. Definitely go. I wish I had taken a picture of the food before we ate. This is the best conch you'll find in the Tampa Bay! I wholely recommend the Bohemian conch. It is made fresh to order and absolutely worth the wait. Get at least 12oz! You'll love it!
