My husband and I booked this resort after reviewing all the options in Clearwater and chose it because of its fantastic reviews. Upon arrival at the “resort” we ran into many problems between the subpar accommodations to some of the staff who lacked in proper customer service. We have two young children and after our stay we definitely never plan on returning realizing this was not a family friendly resort or beach. Very nice location, the heart of the main strip and across from the beach. Staff very attentive.I would probably give it 4 stars, but here is why I'm only giving it 1.1. 85 degrees in the hallway of the 9th floor we were staying at. Unbearable to walk through. Don't know why they shut off the a/c. It got better the last couple pf days we were there.2. They have us a 1 king size bed, when we were a family of 4.3. They charged us twice for parking each day. Friendly staff! Beautiful facilities but my daughter found a pill in the room when we first checked in and out it in her mouth. The front desk staff provided us with a credit to spend at the hotel but to be honest, Putting money right back into their pockets was the last thing that should have been offered.
