“Thank you, Starbucks! You have public restrooms unlike CVS across the street. The coffees were always made right and one of my many trips I just ordered a bottled water and a warmed blueberry muffin for my son. It was a huge line and the kind barista had me wait over to the other side so it wouldn’t have been that long of a wait for me. Kudos to everyone who know how to control large crowds.“
“Thank you to the barista on Saturday for above and beyond service! I accidentally placed an order at the wrong Starbucks, so I replaced an order at this location, and when I told him, he generously gave me a larger drink and a cake pop! He was so kind and I appreciated him helping me. I sadly did not get a name as I was rushing, but it was the afternoon of may 17th. Great service and atmosphere.“
“I used to live in the Tampa bay area, and every time I come visit my aunt now, I make it a point to stop by this Starbucks! Everyone here is always so kind, and Dino especially stands out 😍; he’s super friendly, has a great smile, and always makes the experience even better! The whole team is amazing and now they even call me by name when I walk in! I love coming here and can’t wait for my aunt to come in so she can get the same warm welcome. “Lovely Starbucks with friendly attentive staff. We got take away. Normal Starbucks ambience but so sad that the whole leather couch, comfy chairs set up has changed. That was what set Starbucks apart from other coffee shops. Pity that. But service still good.“
“I love this Starbucks. I go way more often than I should. I always get a sausage cheddar and switch my drink depending on my mood. They are always consistent. But you know what really makes my day ? “I frequent this location on my way to work for my coffee needs. Each time is usually quick and fast. I either get a nitro brew with sweet cream or venti iced brown sugar oat shaken espresso. Today I go the iced brown sugar oat sugar espresso, however it tasted different. It seems they forgot to add the brown sugar in there. The tasted is like coffee and milk. It sucks I can’t return to the store as I am driving to my night shift for work. Next time could you please remember it . Thank you! For 7 dollars it should be right.“
“The girls that typically work here in the mornings are awesome. They remain calm under pressure and serve up customer orders with a smile. Kim is always a pleasure to talk to and even though I dont work over in this area anymore. I would go here just for her and the rest of the staff. This is the kind of Starbucks that leaves a lasting impression and gives you a great start to your day.“
“Nice Starbucks in the mall! I like going here for a quick pick me up after getting exhausted watching my wife shop. Decent coffee and desserts, it’s not cheap but if you want something cheap you wouldn’t be going to Starbucks in the first place. Patio type area right next to the skating rink so you can pretend it’s not 94 degrees outside“
“5 stars for Dacin. Thank you for the excellent service. Dacin checked on the stock assortment for me and assisted me to see if they had what I wanted in stock. He very clearly conveyed the location and hours. He gave the extra consideration a normal employee would not provide. Thank you Dacin! He should be recognized for his extra level of service provided. I hope he receives proper recognition for going above and beyond when no other stores had what I wanted. He is an employee that other stores should make an example of for a customer experience and positive energy.“
“My husband and I spent a couple of days in Clearwater Beach, to celebrate our 38th anniversary. On our way out of the city, we decided to stop for breakfast at Starbucks. The Starbucks located at 2195 Gulf To Bay BLVD. Coffee and sandwiches were superb, as always. We get home, two and a half hour drive, and I noticed I have left my purse hanging from the chair. My husband got in touch with the shift supervisor (Dakota), and to my relief, it was already in their safe. The next day, the store manager, was in touch with my husband. And to make the story short, the bag was delivered to me within 24 hours. I really appreciate their efforts and communication at all time. Thank you so much!“
