“I mean it's something special for being tucked away in a gas station. Unfortunately there isn't alot of space to accommodate the foot traffic sometimes but as long as you are understanding that only about 2 workers can fit back behind that counter..you will have a pleasant experience.
This location is a grab n go..not a sit down and it's a walk up to counter not a drive through. Just fyi“

“I ordered an ice cream cake online for Thanksgiving, knowing it required 48 hours, so I scheduled pickup the day before the holiday. Unfortunately, when I arrived, there was an issue with my order, and no one had contacted me as promised.

This could have been a disaster, but the store manager, Robert, immediately stepped in. He was genuinely apologetic and assured me he would make it right. An hour later, he personally called to say he had located a cake—but it was over an hour away. Instead of leaving me stranded, Robert went above and beyond: he offered to pick it up himself the next morning, on Thanksgiving Day.

True to his word, he delivered. Thanks to his effort, my family was able to enjoy a beautiful ice cream cake and a memorable Thanksgiving dessert.

Customer service like this is rare these days. Robert literally saved the day, and I am so grateful for his dedication. This experience turned what could have been a stressful situation into a reminder of how much great service matters.“
