Our favorites were definitely the Birria and the Al Pastor — especially with that touch of pineapple! We also loved the homemade Rojo and Verde sauces that paired perfectly with the tacos. The onions were slightly sautéed, which gave them such great flavor, and they gave plenty of lime too (always a plus!). We loved the presentation — the tacos were served on a banana leaf over a wooden board, which made it look great and feel like a special touch. “Was looking forward to the Ceviche I had on our first night on vacation. I came back to have the Ceviche again a few days later since I loved it so much and the Ceviche was completely different. All shrimp…. Did not even taste like Ceviche. Was sooo disappointed. I wish they would have told us before we ordered or I would have gotten something else instead. Let your customers know if the menu changes. I walked through high winds and rain to come back to this restaurant before flying back home.“

“We live really close to this little gem, always wanted to try it and FINALLY made it there for lunch today. What a huge loss that we waited so long! Their food is so good. I ordered the 2 carna asada taco lunch special which came with beans and rice. My husband ordered the carnita taco lunch special. The meat was so flavorful and juicy. The rice was fluffy, the beans were topped with melted cheese. We ordered a side of chips and salsa. The chips were warm, crunchy and seemed freshly made. Absolutely amazing lunch.... “The food at El Guanaco is the best hands down. I refer people all the time for food . We have been going a few years but not much the last few months due to the service. Sometimes you can put up with mediocre service because the food is so good . But today was the second time service was subpar… Today we waited 20 minutes and still no order taken ….There was another table with no beverages that was sat before us . We decided to leave and offered to pay for the beverages and chips but they would not let us pay . The cashier said she could take our order but we already had waited and decided it was best to just go ahead and leave …On the way out there were 3 vacant tables inside ….If we eat El Guanico in the future we will order to go because the service is just not there anymore. The food is the best but not going back anytime soon to dine in …Food 5 ⭐️ service 3⭐️…..“

“Enjoyed the happy hour menu while sitting at the bar. Although a limited menu, there was plenty to choose from. Had drinks and lite bites (tacos, quesadillas and chips with salsa). Everything was $5. The bartender who took care of us was friendly and very hard working. By the time we left (at around 7:30pm), the bar was full and it seemed they could have used a few more hands on deck. Although I haven’t been here in years, I intend to return again much sooner as I forgot how delicious the ground beef tacos are!“

“Don Pablo is a quality experience - fresh ingredients, tasty food, and exceptional service. I’ve had a lot of Mexican food in my life but this is one I’ll keep thinking about and going back to.
The family and I stopped by Don Pablo on a recent trip, and more than once it was our meal.
From the nachos, to the bowls, to the tacos, to the burritos, everything was top notch. The salsas and sauces are mouth watering, the meats are full of flavor and cooked just right, the portions are very generous and ingredients aren’t spared.
The family ordered birria tacos, California burritos, chicken nachos, and chicken tacos.
The nachos and bowls (both ordered vegetarian) are something I will think of when I’m wanting comfort food.
Man, it was sooooo good! I will be going back when I am back in the area

“We arrived at Taco Craft a little after 7 PM, and it was pretty calm—not too packed. We were attended to right away, which was a great start. Parking is convenient since it’s located in the Modera residence building, and there’s also free city parking nearby. I ordered the spicy pineapple drink, and my husband got the passion fruit—both were delicious! We went with the “3 sauces special” and the “3 tacos platter,” and everything was excellent from start to finish. Our waitress, Michelle, was amazing—very knowledgeable about the menu and Taco Craft overall.
There’s also a DJ on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays who plays really good music, which adds a great vibe to the atmosphere.
This was our first time here, and everything exceeded our expectations. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🌮✨“
