The menu isn’t straight forward and not easily readable until you are closer or tall. People congregate inside of the small area waiting for their food and it is congested.“

“My wife and I were visiting for a wedding when we found this gem of a breakfast spot. Absolutely sensational. Ambience is super neat, reminds me of something you’d actually see in Paris! Paola and Adriana were incredible as well and took great care of us. 10/10 would recommend this place and wish they had one in Tampa!“

“We happened upon this cafe when in Key Biscayne for the morning. Great service, lovely setting, and delicious food! We sat outside with a nice breeze and aerial fans that kept us comfortable even with the summer heat. I had The Salty (pictured) and my friend had the eggs benedict. Both were great! we also used the wifi and were able to get some work stuff done as well.“

“This review is long overdue and I've been slacking. I cannot gush about this place enough! I heard about maman opening up before it was actually opened. Stoked about it because it's originally a NYC spot. And we all know NYC has some of the best eats!!!

Went during first week after it opened in Feb 2024 because coincidentally I was in Wynwood for something else. Had to stop in to snag some coffee and their Dark Chocolate Orange Cubed Croissant. Absolute heaven. The cubed croissant was perfectly layered and fun to eat. The filling was just the right hint of sweetness without being overly indulgent.

The ambiance is everything. I walked in and was immediately transported to a cute French cafe. The decor is heavenly. They thought of every little detail from the space, furniture, lighting, dishware, glassware, wallpaper and presentation on every level. It's super charming. I loved it so much I had planned a girls brunch the following month in March. We couldn't wait!

Brunch day came and my girlfriends fell in love with the space just as much as I did. They don't take reservations, first come first serve. So we arrived on a Sat morning as soon as they opened and were seated right away. Had a bit of everything. We had a variety of cocktails, because brunch. Sangria Tropicale was yummy. The Everything Croissant & Salmon Sandwich and Eggs Ratatouille is so damn good. My girls enjoyed the Croque maman but it was too much for me, too much cheese and way too rich.

We noticed our server wasn't dressed like the rest of the staff so we asked him about it. Turns out our server was also the owner, Ben. That says everything about the owner that they are willing to jump out there and help their team and do the work. Ben was awesome! He was incredibly kind and so very humble. He told us that he moved to South Florida from NYC and planned on opening several other maman locations. I love everything about maman so I'm so happy for their success! We had a lovely brunch experience and I would highly recommend. We even got a selfie with Ben. Such a cool guy! Thanks for the hospitality Ben. Sorry for this super late review. Lol.

I was at maman this past weekend after the South Florida Seafood Festival. I told hubby since we were in the area, we had to stop by maman which was right around the corner. Literally made it there 10 minutes before closing and Yann was kind enough to accommodate my order for coffee and pastries, whatever was left. Haha. We got a Honey Lavender Latte, Espresso d'Orange, Kouign maman and Banana Walnut Bread. The Kouign maman is KING!!! I am obsessed with peeling the layers like a sideways fruit roll up. The flavor and caramelization was absolute perfection. Dare I say it's even better than Dominque Ansel's Kouign Amann which is the first time I ever had this pastry. OH EM GEEEEE!!! Don't skip on this. Next time I will stock up. Lol. Banana Walnut Bread was just ok, quite dry and not very moist as I had hoped.

“This is the best boba place I’ve tried so far, I would say top 5.

The flavors are just right not too sweet or too sour, the combination of fruits sweetness mixes well with the tea.

You can add as much boba as you want, I’m looking forward to their milk teas.

And a passion fruit tea.

“My husband found this little gem and we went for brunch on our first day in Coral Gables. We struck gold! Not only was our server, Monica, a treat but so was the food. We went with two of her recommendations. The il piu italiano avo toast and mega mushroom omelette…so good!! I went back the next morning because I really wanted to try the don’t be a (lemon) tart French toast…another hit. And my server, Rashad, was another gem! “The food was fantastic! The artichoke pizza was great. The texture of the base/pita bread was amazing. My favorite was the cabbage salad. It was unique and to die for if you love cabbage. The restaurant was not too loud. They sat us in a booth so we could sit side by side for date night. Nice but small wine selection. The cauliflower appetizer was just ok, a little too sweet for my tastes. Lamb kabob was good. The spicy salmon ceviche was really good. The service was excellent. No dress code was required.“

“I just moved back into Coconut Grove and this is going to be my daily stop. Not only is the place cozy and beautiful,
filled with fantastic wines, gourmet foods, original local artwork and even cute clothes, but the food was delicious. I had a melted mozzarella and tomato sandwich on ciabatta bread and it was divine. I also had a homemade flan that would make my Cuban grandmother, proud.

“The pastries here are absolutely delicious! Perfectly flaky, fresh, and full of flavor. You can really taste the authenticity in every bite. The guava and cheese pastry is my favorite—it’s sweet, buttery, and melts in your mouth. Great service from Barbara and rest of the stuff very welcoming atmosphere. “This place is a great new addition to the area. It has great food, especially the healthy but savory salads. My favorite is the Halloumi Salad, a great combination of lentils, cheese, sweet potatoes, avocado and greens.
They also have breakfast and deli items such as omelet, sandwiches (regular and mini sizes) and empanadas.
On the sweet side, they have a great assortment of regular and mini desserts that you can try without feeling guilty about breaking your diet!
