“Update 😢: Unfortunately the service here has gotten so bad. The donuts are often stale. There’s no donuts at opening up until 2 hours after they open. Or the staff is just extremely unwelcoming.the last manager that was here was great but since he left the service has made us realize we unfortunately won’t be back any time soon. The donuts are good(when they aren’t stale) but there’s honestly other donut places that are specialty donuts and their service is outstanding. I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes for the service than come here and be treated so rude.

We genuinely pride ourselves in being kind to all customer service individuals. We know how hard the job is. So to be so friendly and receive unexpected nastiness, consistently is not okay.

The first girl who attended me, young, not rude but just no customer service skills. I asked which is better: caramel latte or caramel mocha latte, she goes, they're the same... hmmm! Anyhow, I pointed to the screen and ordered the caramel latte (the picture shows a latte with whip cream and caramel drizzle), she hands me a plain latte, I asked, can I also get the whip cream and caramel topping? She adds whip cream, hands it back, I say, and the caramel? Then she says, well I'll give it for now but it costs extra.. hmmm, again I pointed to the screen, and said that's what I ordered, it has whip cream and caramel. Anyhow..

So I sat there, had my latte with a donut.
Some time later, the other lady comes up to me and hands me a hot, fresh donut, soo good, and soo nice of her!“

“Hello! I stop by to say that these donuts are very delicious, there was a lack of variety for it being a Sunday almost at noon, I would have liked to have more flavors. This only tells me that those donuts were not of the day, I am sure that fresh, freshly made they must be much more delicious, the line was a little messy and only one person placing the orders, because the wait is slow to satisfy a simple craving .“

I like it sweet and instead of using 7 squirts of sugar as ordered the label on the cup says only 1 squirt of sugar was used . “The girls in the DD shop are awesome and hard working. They know each of their customers name and always greet you with a smile. Mary who helps in the back and Angie who is the manager are always great and accommodating.
The foot traffic that they have is constant, always new people coming into the shop and they never miss a beat.

“The employees here are very kind. This location makes your coffee correct to order and the food is provided warm. I honestly wanted to leave this review though after noting the bee issue they have in the bushes along their drive-thru. There was a bit of a language barrier in explaining this to them through the drive through and I just wanted to reiterate in hopes that they call out a bee keeper to save and relocate these bees rather than exterminating them. There were a lot of bees and there’s likely a hive/colony nearby.“

“I was very impressed at how fast they process mobile orders. I was leaving the Crunch Fitness across the street and placed a mobile order on the Dunkin' app to walk in for pick up. They had it ready in less than 5 minutes by the time I got there. Great staff/crew! Appreciate how polite they are, greeted me "Merry Christmas!" and "Happy New Year!" and I returned the greetings back and wished them a blessed day!“

“Just moved to the area. There are lots of Dunkins around but none of them could make my iced mocha latte right. If I’m paying almost 4 dollars for something I want it to be right. I’ll drive the extra 5 mins, and I don’t even mind having to get out of my car to go inside. It’s worth it. Staff could be a little friendlier but it’s still 5 stars for me.“
