“This was the first time at this restaurant in Davie, Florida as I have been to the one in Doral, Florida. My wife and I decided to stop for lunch, we sat down and Dubraska was our waitress. She took our order, which came quickly, and the food was delicious! Everything was very good, in fact, had to take some home. “I have had better meals here before. I had a wagyu steak that had good flavor but too tough to be wagyu. Ceviche was good. Service was decent. Limited variety of wines by the glass. No full bar. Went in the afternoon early evening and lots of families with little kids so it was loud.“

I came right when they sold out on the Reina pepiada & I was sad because I really wanted that (this was my 2nd time coming) but he took his time on giving me other options and was so sweet even though I was taking a while on deciding. “First time at this place; the restaurant was clean, the food was outstanding, and the waiter (Brandon) was very attentive. Then again, there were only two or three other tables seated. Awkward ambiance for the first five+/- minutes because there was no music playing and the TVs were off. Finally, the music came on and the dining experience improved ten-fold. Meanwhile, the TVs were never turned on. Not a big deal, in fact... might even be cool to have a place with no TVs, where people are forced to interact with one another. But I digress, if you choose to have televisions in your establishment, keep them on; there's a lot you can do with them, not just have it on TV programming. Anyways, this place is absolutely fantastic and has the potential to be one of the area's best restaurants. I'll definitely be back!“

Personally, I'd prefer it with a single chicken breast instead of the two tenders, but the tenders work and were perfectly breaded (not overly breaded) and cooked tender & juicy inside. My fiancé got the Cachapa, and my suegra got the salad with both the chicken and beef. The chicken and beef were popping with flavor and were tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The Cachapa was oozing with cheese, and the corn meal they used was top quality.

Erica had the ground beef sandwich which is a Cuban taken on sloppy joes with raisins and olives, absolutely delightful with their “pink sauce” garlic, spicy deliciousness.
