This place is so clean I have never gone into a KFC Taco Bell out here and everyone and everything is dressed decently, ladies are dressed for work and not to party, young men pants pulled up, under the counter is shining clean and stacked neatly. I didn't see the rest room but the front of the house spoke for itself. The manager is a very nice young man you can tell he runs a tight shift he greets you with a smile. I ordered the 2 carna asada taco lunch special which came with beans and rice. My husband ordered the carnita taco lunch special. The meat was so flavorful and juicy. The rice was fluffy, the beans were topped with melted cheese. We ordered a side of chips and salsa. The chips were warm, crunchy and seemed freshly made. Absolutely amazing lunch.... We met the owner Vanessa and she was lovey, explaining their food style (Mexico City…our favorite) and that everything is fresh (which was obvious from the taste). Make sure to try her homemade hibiscus juice or lemonade…also amazing!“

Sometimes you can put up with mediocre service because the food is so good . But today was the second time service was subpar… Today we waited 20 minutes and still no order taken ….There was another table with no beverages that was sat before us . We decided to leave and offered to pay for the beverages and chips but they would not let us pay . The cashier said she could take our order but we already had waited and decided it was best to just go ahead and leave …On the way out there were 3 vacant tables inside ….If we eat El Guanico in the future we will order to go because the service is just not there anymore. The food is the best but not going back anytime soon to dine in …Food 5 ⭐️ service 3⭐️…..“
