Excellent happy hour pricing on selected cocktails & appetizers. Items ordered not on the happy hour menu were not a good value, at $18 for endive salad & a slice of cake for $11. Server was very sweet, but absent for long periods of time.

Brasserie Central is a restaurant with a unique ambience. The happy hour offers excellent pricing on selected cocktails and appetizers, but items not on the menu may not be a good value. The service can be inconsistent, with some servers being very sweet but absent for long periods. The menu features dishes such as salmon tartare, grilled salmon with ratatouille, and crème brûlée. While the food can be hit or miss, with some dishes lacking flavor and others being tender and well-presented.
