Any angle you look at it: food quality, taste and presentation; service impeccable; cocktails far from average & usual - interesting, full flavor, gorgeously presented. The dishes and cups. The edible bright flowers that bring life and color to the plate. The waiters! Knowledgeable, delicate, with a sense of humor. Violinist - modernistic rap music that sounds like Bach. Ambiance. The light low key table lamps that look like candles. Beautiful photography and chachkas on the walls. One of the main courses we ordered - polenta with crab meat. I could just do this polenta alone like a dessert cream brûlée. It's a place to return to. I came here bc of the Infatuation review. Google reviews (not great) had me questioning if Maty’s paid for placement in the infatuation best list… when I sat down and looked at the menu I honestly was regretting coming here.

Was BLOWN AWAY by the flavors and the freshness of the dishes. The plates were so flavorful and exciting, it was like going back to Peru for the first time all over again.

I think menu changes a lot - but we had:
Scallop Crudo - 10/10
Ceviche - 9.5/10
Oysters - 9/10
Corn side: 10/10
Chicken Milanesa: 8/10
Bill with tax and tip was $175 for the above (no drinks)

Cons:
Pricing - some of their prices are insane for the quantity of food. Ex: Over $100 for an oxtail saltado plate???? Get real. Look at the tiny serving of ceviche you get compared to the tea light on the table.
Their online menu did not list prices either

“well I'm going to start off by saying that they got an Amazing variety of delicious plates but my favorite which I highly recommend is the ceviche mixto con conchas negras is just the best ceviche you have ever had in your life!!!!!... the yellow rice with seafood also one of my favorites and of course a good variety of beers served the way it should be ....ice cold!!!!. I definitely recommend this restaurant to everyone and I give it thumbs up all the way... My favorite is the Apaltado 1111 Ceviche with the amazing leche de Tigre and avocados !! The sticky shrimps are a must. 1111 has a fabulous Pisco sour selection and imported drinks. Don’t leave without finishing with a sweet bite of the dreamy suspiro limeño it will literally take your breath away. The Friday life music was fantastic too. May I also add that the home delivery service is fantastic, the food will arrive quickly, in perfect presentation and fresh, same quality as in the restaurant. I just plated it and had a gorgeous and delicious dinner party at home.“

The crab causa was not at all to our liking: bland potatoes and the crab tasted fishy yet with too much mayonnaise. Admittedly, I'm a bit picky about crab because I've lived near the Chesapeake Bay. The server was super nice and explained all the dishes to us.who are.less familiar with Peruvian cuisine. The outdoor seating is a few tables right by the parking lot, as is the case with most of the local restaurants since they are in strip malls. So it seems all the eats on Key Biscayne include an automobile view.“

“Chullos is an amazing restaurant! Located right on the river in Aguas Calientes, they have a fantastic menu with delicious food. We tried the chicken, the pasta, the alpaca, and some dessert! It was all incredible. If you’re looking for a taste of Peruvian food and culture look no further. Our lovely server, Yubia, went above and beyond to take care of us during our meal.
