Any angle you look at it: food quality, taste and presentation; service impeccable; cocktails far from average & usual - interesting, full flavor, gorgeously presented. The dishes and cups. The edible bright flowers that bring life and color to the plate. The waiters! Knowledgeable, delicate, with a sense of humor. Violinist - modernistic rap music that sounds like Bach. Ambiance. The light low key table lamps that look like candles. Beautiful photography and chachkas on the walls. One of the main courses we ordered - polenta with crab meat. I could just do this polenta alone like a dessert cream brûlée. It's a place to return to. The price was reasonable at $88 for two, including wine and tip. Families with children would likely find this restaurant welcoming.
Overall, Taipa is a solid choice for Peruvian cuisine. We rate it 5/5 stars and recommend trying it.“

“Recién tengo 1 mes en Miami y ya fui 2 veces, la primera vez pedimos pollo a la brasa con papas y ensalada, como si estuviéramos en el Perú el pollo buenísimo, las papas la mejores que he comido, la segunda vez pedimos un Lomo Saltado qué es mi plato favorito y la verdad, el mejor que he comido y un Ají de Gallina qué estuvo maravilloso, todo de primera, la atención del personal excelente muy profesional y amables. “Authentic Peruvian fusion cuisine with amazing atmosphere and outstanding service. A true gem In Pinecrest. The ceviche is the best in town with real fresh fish. My favorite is the Apaltado 1111 Ceviche with the amazing leche de Tigre and avocados !! The sticky shrimps are a must. 1111 has a fabulous Pisco sour selection and imported drinks. Don’t leave without finishing with a sweet bite of the dreamy suspiro limeño it will literally take your breath away. The Friday life music was fantastic too. May I also add that the home delivery service is fantastic, the food will arrive quickly, in perfect presentation and fresh, same quality as in the restaurant. I just plated it and had a gorgeous and delicious dinner party at home.“

“Chullos is an amazing restaurant! Located right on the river in Aguas Calientes, they have a fantastic menu with delicious food. We tried the chicken, the pasta, the alpaca, and some dessert! It was all incredible. If you’re looking for a taste of Peruvian food and culture look no further. Our lovely server, Yubia, went above and beyond to take care of us during our meal.
