Fantastic overall experience. They don’t have a lot of variety in the dishes so I can see how others can be upset about that, but for me every dish was amazing.
The only flaw was there was zero explanation of the dishes, origins of the fish, flavor profiles, etc. they just made the dishes and gave it to you. An exceptional omakase experience from start to finish. The chefs and team embody true hospitality, and every bite was as thoughtful as it was delicious. Highly recommend the sake pairing, the seasonal aspect really makes it a unique experience.
