“This Dunkin Donuts has to be the BEST one around. It is unlike any other Dunkin I have been to anywhere else. They are so efficient here, organized, clean, and FAST! Every time I come here it is a good experience. The team works amazingly well together and they work as a whole. They definitely know what they’re doing here at this location. I’ve been to other locations where everything takes extremely long, they’re not friendly and also not as professional or efficient as this one is. So they definitely deserve recognition for that. I would go out of my way just to come to this location over any other location due to the amazing service and professionalism they have here. Thank you for giving us a good experience every time, and always leaving the customers happy. They all deserve praise for sure ! And more good reviews !“

Kid-friendliness: As soon as I came in the cashier, noticed my baby and instantly started smiling, which made my baby smile. They had a very wholesome And cute interaction with each other, and the cashier helped me pick out food that she would be able to eat then continued making her smile“

“Every time I am here the employees are extremely friendly and welcoming. The service is fantastic, and their food is always fresh and my kids love it. The only thing I'm disappointed about is that the payment platform doesn't give an option to tip on your credit card. The only way to tip the employees is with cash unfortunately, and many people don't carry that nowadays. They deserve the tips for good service, and it should be offered in a convenient way for the customers as well. Thank you!“

“I’ve been coming to this location for years due to the close proximity to my house. But Amy, the manager has made a very big difference recently. She’s honestly great and always has a positive attitude and it shows! I think she should be the training and development for the district. Many of the other locations need a lot of improvement with the customer service, accuracy of the orders and less attitude. Amy is a gem!“
