“I found the Pork O’ Rican food truck at the Coral Springs Oktoberfest fest. My family is Puerto Rican, so I had to try some of their food. Their empanadas and bacalaitos were just like what I would have when my grandmother would come to visit! She is known for her cooking and their food was phenomenal! I can’t wait to find them at another event to try more.“

Oh and don’t sleep on the freshly brewed sweet tea, just wish there were lemons for the tea. Everything I’ve ever had there was mouth watering. I wish there was a closer location from where I live in Stuart, but yes I travel down south for the food.“

The atmosphere might not be fancy on the outside, but don’t let that fool you—the food is what matters, and it does not disappoint. On top of that, Alexia was such a pleasant person, full of great energy, which made the experience even better.
