The food was ok, not the best Colombian food by far.
He comes today to look for a lunch from my country, we ordered an ajiaco, but it was a broth with some chicken, they didn't have avocado or a house salad, it was definitely not an ajiaco; the valluna chop, the chop was good, but the rice didn't have a good flavor; The attention was good.
Food without flavor or presentation. For me it does not represent Colombian food. We ordered "ajiaco santafereño" and they served us an overcooked and flavorless breast broth. It didn't taste like ajiaco, not even with the caperberries and the heavy cream. Maybe the plate they put on it was not deep so the broth arrived cold. The rice was cold and tasteless.
