I had a great experience at Hook Seafood & Wings thanks to Daniel, the cashier. From the moment I walked in, he was respectful, fast, and professional. He greeted everyone with a positive attitude, stayed focused even when it got busy, and made sure every customer was taken care of quickly and accurately.

What stood out the most was how patient and clear he was when explaining the menu or answering questions—he never made anyone feel rushed or ignored. You can tell he takes his job seriously and wants people to leave happy.

“We went this evening after seeing a friend post the menu. WOW!!! We sat right at the bar and had the Drunken Mussels app, gumbo, shrimp poboy, and shrimp taco. What a GREAT meal. The staff was friendly and top notch. We met Chef Joe who obviously has passion, talent, skill and fantastic people skills and enjoyed chatting with him just as much as his creations. “The bartender was our waiter too. He was very personable, great service, attentive and the bar and restaurant were extremely busy after the Rangers playoff game. Great server.

We got cheese burgers and he got them out to us ASAP burgers were excellent, we asked for medium rare and rare and they came out perfectly.

We’d totally recommend! Oh wings were great too… our appetizer.

“Bazille is always a treat and a hidden gem at Nordstrom's. The food and preparation and presentation are excellent. They use organic products and many cases or very high end chicken fish and beef. Super clean as a meal option, but they also have some fun things like their chicken tacos and their kids mac & cheese is excellent. They offer a full bar, very good wine, which my wife likes, and I'm always able to get a drink that I like as well. The service is always good and they try to do their best for you. They should. They really do deliver though. Highly recommend a visit when you're in the mall or even if you're not. The value for the meal is consistent with the product, and it is also excellent. Go give it a try, you won't be disappointed !“
