Was pretty good when they first opened but today. At 1:30 got a sandwich combo and fries were actually cold and sandwich barely warm. Oh and why is the tea always warm and not enough ice to bother.And when you order pieces, they’re so small, they look like a drumstick off of a wing and the thighs are teeny tiny not worth the money
This is a 2 not a 1 only because the food is still good... however 10 (yes really 10) times my order has been wrong. The issue stems from the popeye's app... whenever you redeem an item for points.. this store will not recognize it in their system. After the first 5 times of this happening, I talked to the manager and she assured me they were working on it and would have it resolved. She even offered me a free meal for the frustration.
