“We had a curbside order that we waited over 20 minutes past the “ready” time, then they gave it to another customer, waited another 20 for it to be remade and when we got home all our sides were missing & some of the custom requests on the sandwiches were wrong. Called the store & spoke to manager, Ashley. She was so apologetic & promptly refunded our full amount, over $70! The sandwiches, soup, & pastries were delicious as always & I was so pleased & grateful to Ashley for making it right! That is GREAT customer service!“

We really enjoyed our food and found it more delicious than several other more upscale places we have tried. One other plus, very clean bathroom which I personally judge as a standard of hygiene (if a bathroom that everyone can see isn’t clean, imagine the kitchen that customers don’t see?). “There is no atmosphere there. It is a take out Chinese quick food place. There is no dine in. Take out or delivery only. Sometimes, they deliver to locals, but mostly through the apps. Food is good, prices are good too, and service is fast. I am glad there are there.“

“I've actually been eating here since I was a kid. This restaurant not only knows quality but also quantity! They actually cook their food with love and they treat their customers like family. This place is the heart and soul of Oakland Park in my opinion. I am greatful my own children can enjoy the same warm flavorful food they used to make for me!!! And for those that complain about the price, they give you what you pay for, I usually have food left over for 2-3 days! The people that own the restaurant are some of the nicest I've met in my life and I am a black woman. Give it a try, be kind, be patient, Pagoda will definitely come through!❤️“
