“Went here for the first time with my son. we shared a regular size poke bowl and still had leftover to bring home. the 2 scoop ice cream cup was actually huge and we had leftover of that as well. Although they had no lids for the ice cream cup, they kindly offered to wrap it for me. we splurged since this was out first time trying place and also got a passion fruit slush and added the strawberry popping Boba. Delicious! All 3 items with a generous tip and leftovers was $32 for 2 people. Very reasonably priced for what you get and quality of food.”

I ordered the mixed box of chicken. It doesn't come with breasts. It only comes with legs, thighs, and wings. This makes the price too expensive for the 10 pieces of chicken received. The biscuits are super small. They're about the size of a golf ball cooked.

My overall feedback
Fried chicken: Although it doesn't come with breast, theres huge pieces of chicken, and the flavor is delicious 😋

We had the Thai rice with a medium hot spice. It was very flavorful and pleasing and the portions were generous. Alan, our waiter was pleasing and the rest of the staff were very gracious. I'll definitely be back. It's right behind smoothie king. You won't be disappointed!”

Farrah at the front was super sweet with great customer service skills and made sure that that the pizza slinger knew what I wanted. Matthew who was cooking 'em up in the back, made it just right, odd requests and all! I seriously have not been this happy with a pizza, in a long time! I had a few "extra" requests and they made it happen! Very pleased and highly recommend them. Thanks for making my dinner perfect! (PS. The sandwich was amazing, absolute perfection! I will continue to be a regular customer because of this kind of extra care from this location. I called and they not only apologized for the error but gave 3 reasonable solutions to correct the mistake - I could come collect the correct one, I could collect a sandwich at another time, or they could refund my transaction. I chose to just go pick up the correct sandwich same day. The staff was super polite and apologetic, I received a second Happy Gilmore cup and 2 free cookies for the inconvenience. I understand mistakes happen when training and the customer service to fix the problem was stellar. I’ll definitely continue to use this Subway.”

The manager (whom I cannot remember his name…tall black male) who took my order on the afternoon of Sunday, February 16, was friendly and made me feel like a regular loyal customer. I am rarely in Crestview and possibly have been to this location maybe 3 times over the last 5 years. So I am definitely not a regular.
The food was good, and the service pretty prompt especially for a chicken restaurant. Keep doing good work. I’ll be back when I go through there again.”
