“Wonderful food as always. I always look forward to the Facebook posts announcing their specials for certain days in the week. Had to come by when they did rice balls and pork meat buns for specials. It was the best. The bakery is delightful. Especially with some coffee to drink with it. I always come home with a bread or drink in the fridges. They get me with those bakery goods.”

“Went here for the first time with my son. we shared a regular size poke bowl and still had leftover to bring home. the 2 scoop ice cream cup was actually huge and we had leftover of that as well. Although they had no lids for the ice cream cup, they kindly offered to wrap it for me. we splurged since this was out first time trying place and also got a passion fruit slush and added the strawberry popping Boba. Delicious! All 3 items with a generous tip and leftovers was $32 for 2 people. Very reasonably priced for what you get and quality of food.”

“The wife and I were having our vehicle serviced, while we waited we decided to walk around and found this restaurant tucked away. I'm not much on Thai cuisine, but the food was extremely good. We had the Thai rice with a medium hot spice. It was very flavorful and pleasing and the portions were generous. Alan, our waiter was pleasing and the rest of the staff were very gracious. I'll definitely be back. It's right behind smoothie king. You won't be disappointed!”

Farrah at the front was super sweet with great customer service skills and made sure that that the pizza slinger knew what I wanted. Matthew who was cooking 'em up in the back, made it just right, odd requests and all! I seriously have not been this happy with a pizza, in a long time! I had a few "extra" requests and they made it happen! Very pleased and highly recommend them. Thanks for making my dinner perfect! (PS. “Every time I Doordash from here they forget my Aujus for my french dip. The manager made sure this time that I had 2 full cups of dip for my double meat French dip this time. And the salsa, which I assume is homemade, and if it's not, I don't even want to know. It's not greasy like Taco Bell. It's not anything like Taco Bell. The nachos are what you want nachos to be. The ingredients are so real, and they don't look and taste like they got squeezed from a bag.”

I called and they not only apologized for the error but gave 3 reasonable solutions to correct the mistake - I could come collect the correct one, I could collect a sandwich at another time, or they could refund my transaction. I chose to just go pick up the correct sandwich same day. The staff was super polite and apologetic, I received a second Happy Gilmore cup and 2 free cookies for the inconvenience. I understand mistakes happen when training and the customer service to fix the problem was stellar. I’ll definitely continue to use this Subway.”

“I recently ordered from the Crestview location. The service was quick, friendly and helpful. The manager (whom I cannot remember his name…tall black male) who took my order on the afternoon of Sunday, February 16, was friendly and made me feel like a regular loyal customer. I am rarely in Crestview and possibly have been to this location maybe 3 times over the last 5 years. So I am definitely not a regular.
The food was good, and the service pretty prompt especially for a chicken restaurant. Keep doing good work. I’ll be back when I go through there again.”

“Aletha is an angel on earth!!! She provided the very best service and I’m thankful I ran into her today. I placed an order online to pick up in the drive-through and realized I had only selected rice and beans. I explained to her that I meant to select other toppings, but missed them by mistake. She promptly got all of the additional toppings and placed them into sides for me with a big smile on her face. I know this was probably a major inconvenience as they are very busy at lunchtime but she didn’t let it show. Chipotle needs more employees like Aletha!”
