“I've ordered here twice for delivery.
I ordered the mixed box of chicken. It doesn't come with breasts. It only comes with legs, thighs, and wings. This makes the price too expensive for the 10 pieces of chicken received. The biscuits are super small. They're about the size of a golf ball cooked.

Fried chicken: Although it doesn't come with breast, theres huge pieces of chicken, and the flavor is delicious 😋

“I've ordered a few times the past couple of months. Never had an issue. Food has always been fresh and tasty. I ordered online, so not much interaction with the employees, but they were nice over the specker and at the window. I absolutely love the Mac and cheese. I've never found any other Mac cheese like it.“

“The staff at this restaurant is awesome! The problem with the reviews is that the star player in the restaurant is the GM, unfortunately, he can’t be there everyday. But believe me! I’ve seen him try. He literally lived in this location. Showing up every day. All day. His service and approach to service is unmatched. He trains his employees well and is dressed well. Pants on his waist and a belt. Shirt tucked in. Etc.

I do notice that the most of the complaints are about rudeness and long wait times. It wasn’t always like this. From being a resident of the community I can say that it was he and just a shift manager running the store. This store can support multiple managers and they have NEVER HAD MULTIPLE MANAGERS! At its peak. It’s was Mr. C and a full staff of regular employees. The community is impressed with what he has been able to do with literally no staff. I can only imagine what he could achieve with a full staff.

When we had a wait time for food? Mr. C brought our food to the car, COMPLETELY COVERED IN FLOUR, he not only took our order, he also prepared it. We had no idea he was cooking our food and taking our order. He simply thanked us for our patience. Ask us to forgive him for taking so long and even included apple pies and apple juices for our children. A true class act. GIVE HIM SOME HELP! These are the type of people you keep!“
