Chicken Restaurants in Crestview

“I have always loved the Crestview Chick-fil-A, but I have a whole new appreciation for them and the wonderful people who work there. On Thursday evening when I went to pick up my online order, the sun got in my eyes and I ran up on the curb and into the clearance pole. A very kind Chick-fil-A employee named Kim came to check on me, calmed me down, and helped me get inside until my husband arrived. Once he got there, Kim walked back outside with us and stayed to make sure everything was taken care of and another awesome employee named Zack lended tools and helped my husband quickly change my tire. With all of that going on, Rachel and Bryce (among many others I’m sure) made sure our food was ready and even threw in some sweet treats and a toy cow for my baby! Rachel and James also made their way outside to make sure we were all alright! I couldn’t have asked for more compassionate people to help out in a crazy situation. So thank you Chick-fil-A Crestview! We will always be huge fans and will never forget the kindness you have shown us!“

“If I could give 10 stars, I’d do so without a second thought. I’ll start by saying - I came in late (about 30 mins till close) and felt bad as I could see the employees winding down and doing their nightly close routine. However, I really want to showcase the young man behind the counter (Sam). He not only set the tone when greeting me, but was exemplary in his ability to take care of the customer after what I know was a late night. In today’s world, it’s uncommon to encounter someone eager to serve the public, ambitious enough to take the first step, and passionate enough about their job to make such impression. Sam’s personality and communication skills spoke volume during every second of our conversation and I highly recommend this Zax location.
(Managment, Corporate, Etc…) if you see this review by chance - I highly recommend that you commend this employee, and value those that are as humble and willing to serve as he is! 10/10 recommend this location.“

“Was with family so we decided to order a variety of things and share. Chicken tenders, fried fish, fried shrimp, fries, gumbo, jambalaya, mac & cheese and biscuits. My parents went crazy over the gumbo. If they lived close they would eat it several times a week. Mom was crazy for the fish too. I liked everything but the chicken was perfect. Crunchy, spicy breading and juicy meat. They offer dipping sauces but I can't imagine altering the flavor with sauce. The chicken is perfect as is! Service: the young lady working the counter was super nice. Greeted everyone like they were family. I took one star off because the place is tiny, the menu board is incomplete/inaccurate and they don't have cocktail sauce for the shrimp (why not?).“

“I've ordered a few times the past couple of months. Never had an issue. Food has always been fresh and tasty. I ordered online, so not much interaction with the employees, but they were nice over the specker and at the window. I absolutely love the Mac and cheese. I've never found any other Mac cheese like it.“

“I recently ordered from the Crestview location. The service was quick, friendly and helpful. The manager (whom I cannot remember his name…tall black male) who took my order on the afternoon of Sunday, February 16, was friendly and made me feel like a regular loyal customer. I am rarely in Crestview and possibly have been to this location maybe 3 times over the last 5 years. So I am definitely not a regular.
The food was good, and the service pretty prompt especially for a chicken restaurant. Keep doing good work. I’ll be back when I go through there again.“
