“I have always loved the Crestview Chick-fil-A, but I have a whole new appreciation for them and the wonderful people who work there. On Thursday evening when I went to pick up my online order, the sun got in my eyes and I ran up on the curb and into the clearance pole. A very kind Chick-fil-A employee named Kim came to check on me, calmed me down, and helped me get inside until my husband arrived. Once he got there, Kim walked back outside with us and stayed to make sure everything was taken care of and another awesome employee named Zack lended tools and helped my husband quickly change my tire. With all of that going on, Rachel and Bryce (among many others I’m sure) made sure our food was ready and even threw in some sweet treats and a toy cow for my baby! Rachel and James also made their way outside to make sure we were all alright! I couldn’t have asked for more compassionate people to help out in a crazy situation. So thank you Chick-fil-A Crestview! We will always be huge fans and will never forget the kindness you have shown us!“

“Was with family so we decided to order a variety of things and share. Chicken tenders, fried fish, fried shrimp, fries, gumbo, jambalaya, mac & cheese and biscuits. My parents went crazy over the gumbo. If they lived close they would eat it several times a week. Mom was crazy for the fish too. I liked everything but the chicken was perfect. Crunchy, spicy breading and juicy meat. They offer dipping sauces but I can't imagine altering the flavor with sauce. The chicken is perfect as is! Service: the young lady working the counter was super nice. Greeted everyone like they were family. I took one star off because the place is tiny, the menu board is incomplete/inaccurate and they don't have cocktail sauce for the shrimp (why not?).“
