To many employees standing around ignoring customers!!! Sad when you have to ask for someone to help you.
We ordered catering for approximately 40 people several days in advance for a wedding, with a scheduled pickup time of 3:00 PM. Because we didn’t have access to the venue until shortly beforehand, timing was critical. Despite ordering well in advance, our food wasn’t ready until more than 30 minutes after the promised pickup time.
