We started with the gỏi cuốn (fresh spring rolls), and honestly, they were some of the best I’ve ever had. So fresh, packed with shrimp, lettuce, and herbs, and that peanut sauce? Unreal. I could’ve eaten it by the spoonful.

Then came the phở, and it was pure comfort in a bowl. The broth was rich and flavorful — you can tell it’s been simmered for hours. The noodles were soft and the beef was perfectly tender. Every bite just hit the spot.

You can really taste the love and effort they put into their food. If you’re looking for a place that serves real, soulful Vietnamese cooking, this is it. I can’t wait to come back!“

What really made this experience special, though, was the service. Angel, the manager, was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of.
