“Amazing small Market that churns out delicious Lebanese food. The flavors are so good you'll come back often! They have a full sit down restaurant attached, but my wife and I like the simplicity of ordering a Shwarma or mixed grill platter and sitting at one of the tables with our toddler (who adores their pita and hummus), no frills. Absolutely recommend this spot to anyone who likes the cuisine.“

“I like this place a lot. The food is served impeccably. Large menu of authentic Turkish food. Reasonable prices and the most important very nice owners (Tuba’s brother). The tea they serve is black tea from Sri Lanka (it has some bergamot hint ). Its a true killer. I highly recommend them.“

“Old world charmer ,interior reminds me of Spain. Food was okay . As a former N.J resident I am spoiled by all the Portuguese restaurants we have. I was trying to find similar in S. FL. As almost all have disappeared. This is a Spanish restaurants while the food is good its portions are quite small compared to NJ. I love Portuguese cooking and portions are larger . This is also what I found in Spain. I miss mariscada in green sauce ,lobster in my paella and a ton of sea food & flavored yellow rice. So I would have to fly back to south river nj to get that super delicious food. We had one in palm beach that closed. Sad“

“Very fun restaurant with beautiful Turkish Tiffany lamps as decor. On weekends they have a very lovely singer who sings in 7-10 different languages to your requests! Service is wonderful. All the waitresses are pretty and sweet Abandon parking and easy cozy atmosphere! You can’t go wrong!“

“Little hidden place in Plantation, located on Pine Island Road in a small shopping plaza. Izgara is a Middle Eastern restaurant, with delicious food! The Hummus , is the best I have ever had! It's creamy, buttery with a little tangy kick! I had the Skewered Steak Platter with salad, fresh cut sweet potato fries ( that I kept dipping into my hummus) 😋 check this place out! “The owner is a real jerk, vaping as he prepares the food. I supposedly went in to train as a cashier, only to get overwhelmed by duties as the cashier, taking orders on the phone, packing take-outs, handling Door Dash, Uber Eats, Grub Hub, serving all the tables as a waitress for the whole place, cleaning them all up as a busperson, and bringing patio furniture outside. Good thing I didn't work at night or I'd have the added duties of also mopping the floors, cleaning the bathrooms as a janitor, and bringing in all the patio furniture. The owner calls it multi-tasking. I call it too cheap to hire more employees. It is insane to ask for so much from one person! As it is, he only pays minimum wage and all the credit card tips are kept by the owner himself! From here I have learned that I'll be leaving cash tips for wait staff in the future, since greedy owners like this feel they are entitled to keep all credit card tips. The place is a disgrace.“

“We were a party of 7 celebrating a birthday. The manager took our cake and candles and told our server about them. Our server Adonis went above and beyond all expectations. He took flowers in the back to bring out with the cake and even put them on a vase. He asked me to give him a heads up on who the birthday girl was. He took out pictures. Finally he was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and allowed us to get separate checks. He even accommodated a late guest arrival for a total of 8 people. He was so nice and friendly and the reason why we will be back! Thank you Adonis and Del Mar for great food and service!“

Mangal grills all meat using charcoal NOT PROPANE GAS!
Every kebab restaurant chain uses propane to cook the meat which leaves a distinct taste. Try Mangal kebabs and you will immediately taste the smoky grilled juicy tender meat and you will never eat any food that's grilled using gas to create open flame. Now I always ask about the grill process anywhere we go and if it's powered by gas, I don't order anything grilled. Gas is significantly cheaper than grilling charcoal. Mangal is the truth!!! Enjoy!!!!!!!!“

“It was really good- just a bit pricey for the amount of food. They need to redo their hummus recipe and add better quality tahini. The hummus taste and has the texture of ground chick peas without any Tahini or lemons. Also, pita isn't served warm. The pita was pretty basic so warming it will go a long way.“
