I don’t usually leave reviews, but our experience at Cipresso inside the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood really stood out.
The General Manager was exceptional. He was very present, welcoming, and clearly invested in the overall experience. They checked in on us in a genuine way that didn’t feel forced, and you can tell they take a lot of pride in how the restaurant is run.

The service is exceptional, with servers being friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. The General Manager is also very present and welcoming. The atmosphere is great, making it a perfect spot for special occasions like birthdays. Although the service can be a little slow when the restaurant is fully packed, it is understandable. Overall, Cipresso is a great spot for quality Italian food and is definitely worth the price. The restaurant is highly recommended for its outstanding food, fantastic service, and perfect ambience.
