Service is always quick, bagels are always good but the employees couldn’t be more bothered to answer a question. I got a caramel cold brew and it tasted like striaght coffee creamer, I asked for a shot of cold brew to make it stronger and she rolled her eyes just told me to use the hot coffee. By the time I got it to the strength I wanted it was watered down from the ice and lukewarm (why I wanted the cold brew). I walked in and was met by a very pleasant lady. Service was immediate and will be back!
