“I always have a goods experience at this location but my most recent experience was the best. The food was great but it was mostly because of the customer service that I received from Andy. I was having issues with my payment method and she was EXTREMELY patient and helpful. Her a attitude made all the difference that evening.“

“Elegant modern Japanese decor complimented the great food and spectacular service. The temperature was a bit chilly so dress accordingly. I found this to be the best restaurant in the Hard Rock complex. Every dish was fantastic. The Miso Chilean Sea Bass was some of the best I have ever had. The filet was cooked and seasoned perfectly The hamachi and crispy rice and tuna were very tasty. I would pass on the sashimi scallop appetizer next time. Great place to have dinner.“

“My partner and I stopped in on the way home from traveling. We were greeted by a very nice young lady and gentleman. When ordering we mentioned that my partner doesn’t eat pork and they offered to make our rice in the combo platters with chicken with no hesitation. The food was great. Not too greasy and very freshly made.“

“The moment we walked in we were greeted with the most wonderful greeting by Tan. He was attentive, joyful, welcoming and showed so much excitement for our arrival just as if we were family coming to visit. Our waitress Mimi treated us just the same. Her service made us feel so comfy and welcome and she was also very attentive. When she introduced herself she even asked us for our names. Such a nice personal touch! The sushi rolls we ordered were absolutely delicious and fresh and the drinks were fantastic. The restaurant ambiance was bright, clean and spacious. And to top it off as we were walking toward the door to leave standing there was Mimi and Tan sending us off with their smiles and hugs. Tan, you are such a bright, joyful light! This was our first time here and will definitely not be the last.“
