One even walked a friend to her car during a potentially dangerous situation to provide an extra level of comfort to the guest. The employees here are very aware of their clientele and surroundings. This place always brings stiff drinks and a good time. There’s awesome art on the exterior and they often have live entertainment. Definitely worth a visit!“

“The Tiki Bar and Grill is right by the poolside at Oceanside Inn. They offer a wide variety of beverages and typical bar food (hamburger, hot dog, chicken strips and shrimp.) It's nice to sit out at the table by the pool and have a tasty snack if you want. Adds to the pleasure of being right on the ocean.“

“I had such a great time at this restaurant! I went with a group of 6 ladies for a girls night out. The ambiance was warm and inviting with a stunning backdrop on the water. The hostess and servers were so inviting and patient with everyone. The drinks and appetizers unique and delicious! This is a classy but very comfortable place to go for a relaxing evening. I highly recommend for couples looking for a romantic evening but also for groups of friends to go somewhere and unwind.“

“We killed a few hours here two weeks ago while waiting for our flight home - and I have to say this is one of the best hidden gem airport bars I've found. Mary Beth was an amazing bartender, and we loved the fact that five out of the six taps were local brews we hadn't tried yet. Even the food menu, though small, was reasonably priced and tasty. A great way to end our trip!“

“Dinner service at Don Rico’s was a pleasant surprise. The service was attentive (Danielle was amazing ) but what blew me away was Chef Brandon’s special. He gets a fresh catch each week and offers seasonal specials. I had the Mahi curry with jasmine rice and for a beachside sports bar, this was a meal I would find at a fine dining experience. If you are at the resort don’t judge dinner service by the lunch - it is a total 360.“

“Sat outside, had lunch & drinks. Jax was just great! (Our bartender/server) Watched baseball until the TV reception went out. Had a Philly cheesesteak sandwich & fries. Sandwich was dry for a Philly though the meat was on point. Would definitely come back, but would order something else.“

“When we first walked in we weren't sure what to think as it's a small restaurant located inside of a hotel. The menu is small but all the food we ordered was absolutely delicious. Prices were reasonable. The service was amazing! Donald was our server. He was sooo busy but yet efficient. Kept refills on the table without being asked. He was very pleasant, gave good food recommendations, and took all orders without writing a single thing down . Very impressive! Would definitely recommend.“

“I've been to this restaurant every time I stay in Daytona Beach and I've had nothing but great experiences there. Staff is always welcoming and friendly. During our most recent visit, the first week of August, we had dinner at Don Rico's the evening we checked-in to the hotel. I believe our the bartender's name was Antonio... He took very good care of me and my daughters. Fantastic Lemon-Drop Martinis! I ordered a BLT with Provolone, which was something slightly altered from the menu, and asked for malt vinegar for my fries, which he was happy to provide. He was very sweet, friendly and attentive. My daughters and I had a couple other meals/cocktails/desserts during our stay and were always happy with our service. On our final day in Daytona, we decided on one more lunch at Don Rico's before catching our flight and were delighted to have Antonio take care of us once again! I ordered the BLT and he remembered my provolone and malt vinegar, without me needing to ask. I love that! Thanks for the amazing service! Customer service skills are lacking, too often, these days. It's comforting to know that the food and service at Don Rico's hasn't changed!“
