Wonderful food and staff
This is more of a private review but since I couldn't find an email for this place this was the next best thing I could do. I was the son of the mother who started harshly berating who I assumed the owner of the restaurant was and I would like to sincerely apologize on my family's behalf. I understand things can get hectic with an understaffed kitchen and I can tell that the owner/head chef of the restaurant puts all of his effort into the restaurant.
The Mediterranean Experience is a recently opened restaurant in Daytona Beach that offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The owner makes everything fresh, and the food is prepared as customers order. The staff demonstrates the making of dips like Babaganoush, Hummus, and Tzatziki sauce, highlighting the restaurant’s emphasis on fresh, homemade flavors. The menu features a variety of Mediterranean dishes, including Lamb Rib Chops with grilled vegetables and Biryani rice, Lamb Biryani, and Chicken Shawarma, all praised for their wonderful flavors and crispness. Customers describe the restaurant as a hidden gem, with delicious homemade food that is highly recommended for both dine-in and take-out. Despite some busy moments, it is clear that the owner and head chef dedicate a lot of effort to providing a quality dining experience.
