So, I made my way over to this place this morning since it's closing down Sept 12 but reopening under new management and name. I heard the wait times were bad. 3+ but I took a chance and went. Was told 3:15hrs for a seat. So, I sat down on a bench and struck up a conversation with these 2 ladies. There are some places that you go for the food or for the experience. This place offers both! The multigrain pancake batter is really good and you get to choose what you want in them and how you want them made. So happy I went. So sad that the owners and their special pancake recipe will be gone after 61 years!

My parents started bringing me here for pancakes when I was 5 yrs old and today I brought my kids back for one last Old Spanish Sugar Mill Pancake breakfast before they closed for good. We have 40 years of great memories and will miss this place!
