“Went here recently to an amazing pizza night. I love the rustic dining area which adds a special touch. We also have an upcoming event here, which we're really looking forward to attending. Word of warning, this is an "adult" atmosphere and colorful language can be heard on occasion when certain teams are losing their game.“

“We enjoyed our diner experience. Good homestyle breakfast and pretty coffee cups with great tasting brew. Rule of thumb, Don't ask for extra crispy hash browns until you've tried their original. They were GREAT overly crispy goodness.“

“Today we ordered the new Wednesdays in May special of Big Deal And pork and ribs. This was a great deal! $6 for the Big Deal and $10 for the pork and ribs. It's refreshing to see a restaurant lower their prices (if only for a day) to help out everyone.The Big Deal was good, fries cooked correctly and the pork sandwich was tasty.The pork and ribs were flavorful and had enough left over for another small meal. The only extra star would be if the cornbread was served warm.Our waiter Shane was friendly, polite and very accommodating.Overall a fantastic value today!“

“I found out that the Orange Social Club restaurant was moving in when I visited the old Woody's that previously occupied the space in the strip mall directly behind Applebee's off Enterprise Blvd in Orange City, Florida. It is a scratch kitchen, which means they prepare each dish once it is ordered and don't mass produce and store meals. This effort takes a bit longer than some other restaurants that have precooked portions and rush it out. The short delays are worth the wait in my opinion. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and a Sunday brunch. The owners (Natish and Jay) both have previous restaurant/bar experience with high-end establishments and their knowledge and skills are evident in the menu selections and preparation. Both gentlemen are from India and have added a couple Indian dishes to the menu. Having been to that country twice, I am a huge fan of the cuisine. Luckily, they offer one of my favorites ...an excellently prepared butter chicken. Other than that, their burgers are one of the best that I have found in the Deland vicinity. I love this place and the service I receive. I typically eat there at least once or twice a week. Unfortunately, they have experienced a few hiccups since opening because of problems getting city approval of their signage. I heard this week that they have finally gotten that so signage will be up soon. I highly recommend a visit to experience the menu and service yourself.“

“Had been a while, maybe a couple of years, since I'd been, but I definitely won't make that mistake again. Every single thing ordered was on point. Sleepy little gem in Sanford serving elevated takes on Southern favorites. Came for a late dinner (9 p.m.) and ordered our way through small plates tapas style. Every single thing was lovingly and expertly prepared. One incredible standout was the Tomato Mac. When it was brought to the table, I thought it looked like it would be a little bland and watery, but OMG, the flavors and texture in this dish were incredible - a sweet and savory delight. Another standout was the chicken liver mousse. Chef's kiss! Also worked our way through hoecakes and the sticky ribs - the meat of which just fell off the bone. They were expertly trimmed and the Asian inspired glaze was to die for. Also sampled the cheddar jalapeno biscuits and the mushroom angolotti - all delicious. For dessert (all made in house), the cornmeal pie was to die for. Also had the smoked salted caramel ice cream, which was quite unique and inventive, as were the biscuits and chocolate "gravy."Even though the staff and kitchen were surely ready to wind down close to closing, we received excellent and gracious service and everything continued to be executed with great care and skill.I will definitely be sure to visit much more often! “SBC is our go-to stop for lunch and a growler refill when we fly into Sanford; we've come to expect really good food and service which is what keeps us coming back. Our most recent stop was on Thursday and our server was Chris. The bar has been set high in the past, but Chris was exceptional. He chatted a little, checked in with us regularly, and was always working. Without exception, just when we would think we were ready for something, he was magically right there on the spot. Very impressive and worth noting. We had the pretzel bites and grilled mahi sandwich. Food was really good as usual, but the service was especially worthy of a shoutout.“

“What a pleasurable experience! First as smoker I appreciate the fact that you are allowed to smoke on the outside. I had the shrimp and grits it was AMAZING. You had choice of sides but very limited and nothing that really went with the shrimp and grits so I got fries. The wait staff was really nice. I would totally return again. “We come across this establishment by a recommendation from an associate, and we enjoy dining there. If I am not mistaken, the staff said they cook and prepare sauces all in-house. The hospitality and service from the staff is equal to Chic-fil-As.“

“Love coming here for cheap beer and a little fun! My boyfriend and I were recommended to come to this place for the longest time. Yesterday we finally gave it a shot. We parked in their large parking lot and walked right in. It doesn't look like much from the front, but when you enter, there's a lot going in. It's definitely a hole-in-the-wall sports bar. Different games were playing in the TVs and the decor is very authentic. It will remind you of your Uncle's house who used to play professional sports back in the day. Our bartender, Rachel was very attentive and made sure our beers were never empty. They also have an ATM machine to pull out money to play billiards and darts. The foot traffic was crazy and it got pretty crowded when we were about to leave. It's definitely a hangout spot for the locals and they are very welcoming to new comers!“

“I just want to say what an amazing place this is. We have been here many times and every time service is on point and food is amazing! We’ve had Taylor and Yez as our servers and they are both AMAZING! Tyra is so wonderful and remembers us every time and makes sure to take very good care of us! Jenna the bartender makes the perfect drinks! This place is where we should all be spending our money at. Not corporate places. They truly care about our experience! We will definitely be back!!“

“Great food and service. Setting and atmosphere was great, but they could use some cover on their patio in the afternoon. The sun beats down on you if you sit outside in the afternoon, and they don't even have umbrellas to help cover up.“

“The Old Jail House is a has great food and great armosphere in downtown Sanford. The menu is small, but the flavor and execution of the dishes is on point. Also, had a old fashioned cocktail that exceeded my expectations. The way the incorporate tge jail theme throught the restaurants is brilliant. Reserve a table days in advance on the weekends or you may not be able to visit this gem.Parking: The City has a free parking lot a block from the spot but its gets pretty congested during the weekends. The on-street parking is free but difficult to come by at peak hours.“

“Super BOWL champions of the world! Best bowl place of them all...from a Chipotle loyalist! This place is pricier than Chipotle, but their options justify the cost. Larry, their GM, is a great asset to the company. Check them out if you want a good tasting, good for you meal that's at a very fair price.“
