“We LOVE almost everything about LIBC it’s our absolute go-to and the bagels are always amazing. We went on Sunday morning to pick up a 1/2 dozen and some lox. While checking out we then realized that the lox was SEVENTY ONE DOLLARS per POUND ($71.96) I mean that is ABSOLUTELY INSANE .. make sure you hit Costco or BJs for lox before getting the best bagels in town“

“First day in FL, visiting from NY, we know a good bagel. We googled bagels and this highly rated location was a win. Upon arrival we were thrilled to find they have bialys. The bialys were amazing and staff friendly and speedy. The dining space was large and high volume handled efficiently. A friendly staff member approached several times to be sure we we're all good. Highly recommend and wish they had a location in Rochester, NY!“

“The other day, I placed a last-minute order for 20 mixed egg-and-cheese sandwiches with different meats, along with the twice-baked hash browns, only an hour before I needed them. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, and were able to fulfill my order! The timeliness and willingness of the employees were much appreciated.“

“Had a great experience at Bagel Boss in Boca Raton this morning in what could have been a major disaster.
When I got there (at no fault of theirs I learned) there was no electricity. The manager was incredible. He had a handheld that he was using to take orders with someone writing the orders by hand next to him and handing off to the workers behind them - literally starting on the order as the customer was saying it. By the time the customer took out his credit card or apply pay, the order was pretty much ready. Kudos to the whole team - especially the manager - for making a possibly impossible issue a non-issue. “Stopped by for a pork roll breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and was quite pleased. Prices were solid as the sandwich was similar (or cheaper) than surrounding delis and came with hash browns on the side. Moreover, the sandwich was massive. Had to be at least 3 eggs on the one sandwich, and there was a sizeable amount of meat and cheese to go alongside it. And I thought it was pretty tasty, could maybe use some ketchup or hot sauce if you're into that.“

“Bagel Snack is one of the few bagel deli shops in the Pompano Beach area. The white fish sandwich that I had was great and the staff is super friendly. I only wish they were closer to work ( I don't live in the area.) i recommend anyone in the Pompano area to try them out!“

“Today I had a crazy experience at H&H. I ordered my spicy sausage and egg Jalapeño cheddar bagel, and then walked over to pay. While I was waiting for the sandwich to be made, I had a seat and started scrolling through my emails. I noticed that quite a few people had ordered after me and were starting to get their bagel so I walked up to the cashier and asked about the sandwich. She responded with the most incredibly genuine, “I’m so sorry it’s taken this long. Let me check”. She went over talk to the person making the bagels and he looked at me and said “oh my gosh I’m so sorry it’s taking this long. I’ll make that right now”. I replied “no problem, it’s not a big deal” and sat down and begin to wait again. Then the manager came out of the back and said “I am so sorry that it is taking so long to make your bagel. I will buy your bagel today, to which I replied, thank you so much but that’s not necessary. I’ve only been waiting a couple minutes”, but he insisted. So then the person who made my bagel came out from from behind the counter and handed me the bag with my bagel, again, profusely apologized, and included a free chocolate muffin with my bagel. This was completely over the top wonderful customer service in a world where we rarely see minimal levels of customer service. I would highly suggest that everyone go to H&H not only because they have incredible bagels, but because they have one of the most wonderful and kindest staffs I’ve ever had the opportunity to be around. GO H&H!“

“Great spot for breakfast/brunch! The bagels were fantastic, and the service was quick and convenient. I got the everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese. The bagels are also served with a side, I got the home fries. The courtyard area is perfect for an outdoor breakfast, it’s very open with plenty of seating. There is also a public restroom. Parking in this area is paid so I recommend looking for street parking as the paid parking lots are pricey. Overall this is a great breakfast spot and I would definitely come back if I was in the area!“

“On Saturday June 6th After driving by this place numerous times, i decided to stop by and check it out. Since there is nothing like a good Bagel! The door was locked! Tina came to the door and asked, 'Can i help you?' I informed her that i was only craving a bagel! She said I'm sorry, but we are closed. I guess after seeing my disappointment she asked if i had been there before...i said no. She then said please come in and how can i help you! Tina went above and beyond to help out a new customer. Not only did she prepare one of the best Bagels ive ever had she gave me two more bagels for free! So, now when I'm craving a bagel there's only one place i will go! CAPITAL BAGEL!! SHOUT OUT TO TINA... WHEN MOST WOULD HAVE LEFT IT AT IM CLOSED!“
