Health Food Restaurants near Deerfield Beach, FL

“We are on vacation and just stopped by again this AM right after opening time. It was quite busy. Chase was working and did a fantastic job! There were 7 people ahead of us in a group and he handled all of them. Then our turn, with a line behind us, and he just continually did his thing! Excellent young worker! Thanks Chase!! Keep up the great work!“

“Food is amazing, lots of options to make a custom bowl or wrap. Workers are polite and very helpful.“

“We saw good reviews about this place, so we decided to come and try it out.

It's wonderful to find places like this—with fresh juices, wraps made at the moment, everything very fresh and they include some vegan options too!

Even our little son (who can be a bit of a picky eater at times) loved it! That's really convenient for us!

I really appreciate the nice, warm and friendly service from Adrian and Vanessa.

Everything delicious and healthy, we'll be very glad to come back soon!“

“Flavia is awesome! She’s great and the food was delicious“

“We were greeted by a wonderful server named Wasin. He was very courteous and made a delicious plate for us. Definitely, beats cooking at home and very healthy!
Definitely would recommend coming here. We came for dinner and it was definitely enough for 2 dinners each and reasonably priced.“

“I am so GRATEFUL for the Gratefuel Cafe! “Shay was seriously the sweetest!! She was so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made the whole experience even better. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and was such a pleasure to talk to. Amazing service and such a kind person. Definitely deserves the recognition!! 🤍“

I walked into a clean well organized establishment and was warmly greeted by a smiling welcoming staff member Stephen ! He was very helpful and knowledgeable explaining things clearly and making recommendations that turned out to be outstanding. Food .. let me just say it is TOP NOTCH! I especially love the 3 portion/calorie content sizes to choose from mKing this even more unique and customizable for anyone! Will DEFINITELY CONTINUE to be customer!!!“

“We are a family of Brazilian soccer fanatics who follow every match of our national team in the World Cup. It just so happened that an important game was scheduled on my wife's birthday. So I was given the difficult task of finding a nice place for a family of 7 to dine out, celebrate her birthday, and watch the Brazilian game at the same time. American Social was the perfect solution. Our server Payton did an amazing job, making us feel special even when the house was full of loud soccer fans. Our table was perfectly placed where we could watch the game, and the food was delicious. She even brought a courtesy dessert for my wife so we could sing Happy Birthday. We left so happy with the service and certain we will come back. Thank you, Payton, for a memorable night!“

“I had such a great experience at Just Salad! Julia was so friendly, welcoming, and made the whole experience even better with her awesome customer service. My salad was fresh, delicious, and made perfectly it was honestly one of the best salads I’ve had. I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!“

“Been wanting to stop by and finally had the chance while I was in the area. The owners (husband and wife) were so kind, asked great questions, and really helped me choose the right products. Everything was packed with an ice pack, which was such a nice touch. Excited to try everything!“

“Food is great! But very pricey for what it is.“

“Fresh Kitchen got the food right! It’s fresh, flavorful and tastes homemade- this is rare for mass-prepped food. And the people are nice. However, I go to Bolay once per week and FK once per quarter. The portions are just so skimpy, I just don’t ever feel I got $20+ worth of food. Today, the server literally shook off the tongs until there was a pinch of spinach left to put in my container as a base and same sentiment for the kale, sprinkled the chickpeas dispensing less than half the scooper and put the rest back. Then, shook a few pieces of sweet potato off the top of the scooper…and put the rest back. It was like she was afraid to pour a scoop. I don’t eat poultry or red meat so I have to eat more food to get enough calories per meal. Fk meals are a snack before dinner. I would totally eat there at least once per week if I wouldn’t leave hungry. Another win for them…they shine like a diamond in the snack department. Also rare in the industry is a decent lower sugar vegan snack! The vegan chocolate chip cookies are ridiculously amazing! I buy 3 packs at a time every time. Sometimes I just go there for them alone!“

“Joaquin provides great service and makes the best salad!“

“Crowded for the opening today, but the music ( she was wonderful) kept me dancin in the rain! Lovely employees passed out water, cookies and lemonade….. it was MARVELOUS 😄 I ordered the teriyaki chicken and rice and it was DELISH! Get there ASAP 🔥“

“From the personable and attentive way that the Manager Tyler always takes care of us, to the quality and affordability of the meals that we purchase, this Ideal Nutrition location is in our opinion the best! Tyler and his team have excellent customer service and they are always professional and knowledgeable about the products they sell. We always recommend Ideal Nutrition to friends and family.“

““I highly recommend Baya Bar for anyone looking for fresh and healthy food options. The acai bowls are made with top-quality ingredients and are always delicious. The prepared foods are convenient and perfect for a quick, nutritious meal on the go. Plus, the location is super convenient, making it easy to stop by whenever I’m in the area. Whether you’re health-conscious or just love tasty food, Baya Bar has something for everyone!”“

“Amazing açaí bowls! I’m so happy they opened one on the ave. It’s one of the only places near the beach with healthy food and coffee!“

“Love this location!! Was nervous to try it here because of my past experience at the Yamato location which is a disaster. Everyone is so friendly and kind the second you walk in and the food is always fresh and yummy! Also a super clean & inviting atmosphere which makes me feel at ease that the food preparation is just as cleanly.“

“The food was really good, and everything else was nice overall. However, the customer service could definitely be better. The cashier didn’t acknowledge me when I walked up and finished her conversation before assisting me. She also looked very young, so I’m not sure if that played a role, but either way, I don’t think that’s great customer service especially in a restaurant industry.. Overall, good food, but the service could use some improvement.“

“Wow! What a pleasant experience! Toni served me in a professional, polite and experienced manner. I've been eating salads since the 1970's and Just Salad is right up there with the best. Thank You!!!!!!“

“It's hot in Florida and I needed something tasty to cool down. I got a delicious peanut butter and kale smoothie.“

“great smoothies! easy to understand macros for tracking and helpful staff“

“Super friendly staff, always providing fast service with a quick turnaround. The place is very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated with an elegant touch. The staff is truly amazing—welcoming and attentive. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s located on the edge of the market, but if you visit during non-peak hours, it’s much easier to find a spot. Plus, the 20-minute parking space for pickups and deliveries is a great convenience. Highly recommended!“

“Definitely recommend this place. Generous portions and delicious and healthy.“

“Ordered through Uber Eats, I am traveling. Food is really good but NO UTENSILS WERE INCLUDED. I specifically asked for utensils. I need a SPOON to eat your soup!“

“I visited this Playa Bowls location to redeem my $5 birthday discount. With its casual, beach-like atmosphere, the shop offers a variety of freshly made açai bowls, smoothies, juices, and cold brew coffee.

I greeted a pleasant employee who took my order for a 16oz. strawberry banana smoothie and applied the $5 discount. The smoothies was nicely blended and tasty. It was was thick with an even balance of strawberry and banana flavor. This was the perfect way to quench my thirst on a hot, sunny day.“

“Best place in Lauderdale to come have a healthy meal and a good price. Best drinks made by My favorite Bianca and Katerin“

“Excellent product and healthy shackles and recipes“

“Food was good and fresh and crisp fried the way I like it. They cut the griot up into small manageable pieces... very reasonable price... I ate that food like there was no tomorrow. I did not get the heavy stuffed feeling afterwards. Veryyyy good. Come visit. I will be back!“

“This is one of our favorite places that is consistently serving deliciously fresh food with super friendly service. The menu changes frequently so you have to go a few times if you have a favorite dish on the menu before they change it. The ambiance is amazing. We have frequented True Food Kitchen in other states but we just enjoy now coming to True Food in Boca.“

“Healthy food for real! The portions are generous, and the food is genuinely healthy! It’s the only food that doesn’t leave me feeling bloated and makes me feel good throughout the entire day. They have so many options, including wraps, bowls, and frozen meals. I’ve already tried all the proteins, and every single one is more delicious than the last!

On top of all that, the service is excellent! Let’s support a family-owned business, we can truly see that they’re there giving it their all and putting so much care into making high-quality food!“

“This was my first time having playa and I will definitely be back. I am a very picky individual but if you go to this location you will not be dissatisfied. I was serviced by Lei and Julie not only were they patient with me but they made me a delicious bowl! They were really sweet and provided great customer service ! My bowl was so good I am on my way back for another ! I am not much of a review person but These ladies deserve some recognition !! <3“

“I love this store already! First time there and Jenny took care of me, helping me with what I came to get and introduce me to more tips & knowledge, that I will have to come back to get. It is a good calming atmosphere in the store. The ladies there were so welcoming and friendly, I can't wait to go back! :) Thank you“

“Very nutrient friendly, friendly atmosphere. All around a very good experience at a great price.“

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Juice 2 U is absolutely amazing! The juices are always fresh, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients—you can really taste the difference. Every blend feels thoughtfully crafted, whether you’re looking for something refreshing, energizing, or just plain delicious. The service is fast and friendly, and they make the whole experience feel welcoming and positive. I also love how clean and vibrant everything is—it shows how much care they put into what they do. If you’re looking for fresh, healthy, and great-tasting juice, Juice 2 U is definitely the place to go. Highly recommend! 🥤✨“

“I really enjoy coming to Carrot Express! They have such a great variety of food, from sandwiches and power protein meals to breakfast options and smoothies, so there’s always something good to choose from.

And I have to mention the carrot cake—it’s honestly one of my favorites! It’s so good and definitely something I recommend trying.

The staff is always so friendly and helpful, and the whole team creates such a welcoming experience. It’s a great spot when you want something fresh, tasty, and with plenty of healthy options to choose from.“

“This place blows my mind every time I go in - they have such good food and service. The vibes are there, and the aesthetic is great. Not your traditional "on the ave" restaurant. Priced reasonably considering it's all made fresh for every order. I love the chill radio they play when you're dining in! So good. Every time I go, I try the new vegan soup of the day. I haven't found one I don't like!“
