Food was ok considering they were closed again by the health department - 4th time!
The food is pretty good. Far from great, but just ok.

J's Kitchen serves solid, fresh, and tasty Chinese food, including shrimp lo mein with tender shrimp and well-cooked veggies. Their fried rice and chicken wings are also a hit, consistently delivered fresh and hot. Despite some minor issues with wait times and ventilation, the food shines.
