Monarca Mexican Cuisine & Tequila Bar is a wonderful local spot with great food and service. The food is delish and fresh, with many noting the carne asada tacos, enchiladas, birria tacos, birria quesadilla, and great burritos as highlights. The guacamole and queso dip are wonderful. The house margarita hits the spot, and the passionfruit marg is called the best, with phenomenal margaritas also highlighted during the amazing happy hour. The staff is very attentive, friendly, sweet, kind, helpful, chill, and bilingual, providing great service. The atmosphere is great, though some find it very bright. It is a great little spot with a chill vibe, though some note it is just missing a little background music.
