“Went there this morning and let me tell ya. I have been in retail for 20 years and I was super impressed. Amber has got it going on!! She was very attentive and was a great leader of what seemed to be new staff. The host Christian was on top of it. Very positive and a go getter. Cleaned very well. Went outside to check the lot for trash!! I have been to the Waffle House plenty!! This has been by far the best service I have gotten!!! Kudos Amber and the crew!!!“

“I had THE best experience today at Trilogy Kitchen. I’m usually a downtown Trilogy regular, but TK was closer to work so I stopped in for my usual cold brew and avocado toast for my boss and I. I was in a bit of a time crunch and they weren’t quite ready yet. The barista offered to bring me and my boss our food to work because he didn’t want me to be late. I told him no and that it would be okay if I was late, but he insisted. Mind you I work .5 miles from TK, but he showed up at DeLand Pilates with two fresh avocado toasts. WHAT A GUY! Made my day as he went out of his way to keep me from stressing. 10/10. Will always return. I wish I knew his name, but my boss said she calls him Pink Hat Guy! Thank you Pink Hat Guy!!!! “My wife and I had breakfast with our son and daughter-in-law this morning after church ⛪ Everything was great and our server Bree was wonderful. This is our 4th time in the last month. She got refills, extra items we asked for. Very attentive! Great server.“

“Had breakfast this morning. Ordered Corn Beef Hash, scrambled eggs and grits. The Hash was great. The eggs were cold and the grits were the consistency of soup. My breakfast was brought to me by one of the cooks in the kitchen. The same server replaced the grits with hash browns. Have eaten there several times but today seemed like total chaos which I never experienced before. Regardless of these events this morning I will be back to eat there again.“

“9-26-2026. We couldn't decide Breakfast or Dinner, so the DeBary, FL iHop seemed like a good choice. Don, our server, greeted us and it didn't take long for the laughs to start. The three of us ordered breakfast (Smokehouse, Stuffed Crepes, Sampler) and we weren't disappointed. Each meal was cooked as requested, served hot, and Don checked on us to make sure we had a good dining experience. Skyler was the Chef on shift and we have to thank him for getting all of it right.
