I get lunch here about once a week. The food is ALWAYS fresh and delicious. Prices are very reasonable, and the lunch special is hard to beat. Destin is a competitive arena for restaurants, but I always choose China 1. I work in vacation rentals, and when a guest asks for a good local spot, I recommend China 1 every time. Great food, friendly staff, and a clean restaurant make for a fantastic experience every time.“

“This is the first time I’ve been to this Panda Express in almost a year and I just want to say they did an outstanding job tonight!!!! I went through the drive thru and got the Honey Walnut Shrimp with the Honey Sesame Chicken and Greens. Wow!!!! Fast and friendly service from placing the order to getting fresh food! I only had to wait a few minutes! I can’t say enough about how everything went so smoothly! My food was on point, fresh, hot and tasted amazing! Nickey was AMAZING and so sweet and friendly at the drive thru from initial placing the order to window and walking out to hand me the food. She really made my day just by how friendly she was and even asked if I wanted any sauces while at the window. Best customer service hands down at any place! Thank you to the great work the whole team did and for the friendliness of Nickey! I hope the team and her get recognized tonight! “We eat there several times a month. We like the food, you have many buffet choices, ample amt's. for the price. You can't buy a burger, fries, & coke for the same lunch price!! Restrooms are clean if we get there at or around noon, other wise blame the customers for a mess if there is one. Wish there was one in Ft. Walton Bch. Fl, but his is close enough if you want a good, affordable, Chinese meal.“

“Hunan express is the best chinese restaurant in the ft walton beach area. The food and their prices are really good. Note they are carry out only. They are always polite and helpful. They start cooking your food immediately after it is ordered.

I suggest calling in your order before driving to them. So that your food is ready when you get there.“

“I came here for traveling from Texas. I read the reviews before coming here and most people don’t like this place. Personally, I really like how Hailey serves us. She is so sweet and willing to give us the fresh dishes. Highly recommended.“

“Not friendly talk to you through a microphone behind an acrylic wall. Food was good, large portions. Not overly clean, the bathrooms are storage for kids toys the decor is old, faded and not readable honestly... Don't know if I'll return“

“We wanted to try some Chinese and choose this place. Its cheap chinese but really good!!!!! I will say it's not your normal fried rice. Its yellow rice. But is still good. I got the chicken low mein and my husband got the steak and peppers. Everything we ate had a ton of flavor!! I do wish they had some hot sauce though. But overall a great place to eat. It does have a small area. So, I would order it to go.“
