We had 5 adults, a two year old and a baby in a car seat carrier with us. The hostess was trying to sit us in a booth and the manager refused to sit us at an open table big enough to accommodate us. We left without eating. If you have a large family I would not recommend.
I have ate here myself and with my family many times today I walked in and the hostess looked right past me and seated someone who yelled from the door they wanted to be seated outside. She then continued to walk back and completely. Ignore me as I’m looking at her, I had to say, do you not see me standing here waiting to be seated? One of the rudest worst Customer Service I’ve experienced.. I will not be back with myself or my family to eat here again. I can get better...read full review
Could not get queso. 1st order came out with large globs of unmelted cheese and liquid. 2nd order came out cold liquid not cheesy. 3rd order came out nice and hot. However, they added several small hairs to it!!! Very visible so had to be intentional. Yes, we left immediately.
