“The wait time to get your food inside takes too long. The wait is if you use the kiosk to order, use the app, or order at the counter. Just don’t see how it should take 10 minutes to get your food. The drive through seems to be relatively quick. It still shocks me to see people take forever to order at the drive through. It’s McDonalds for gods sake. The menu has changed very little in the last 5 years. You’ve been there hundreds of times.

“The Downtown Deli in Kissimmee has hands down the best traditional gyros I’ve ever had. The gentleman working there was welcoming, even giving me a sample and letting me try his homemade hot sauce, which was absolutely delicious and full of flavor.

The real win for me was my toddler, who is usually a very picky eater, absolutely loving the gyro. He couldn’t get enough, which says a lot. The portions are generous for the price, and everything tasted fresh and authentic.

I love finding spots like this, small hidden gems that bring real value to the community. They deserve all the recognition and success. Without a doubt, a solid 5-star experience. Thank you, The Downtown Deli!“

As a matter of fact once I moved to the Orlando area I would call White Castle's corporate office telling them they need to open one of their restaurants here necauae of all the New Yorkers that were living here. I did this year after year till I guess my suggestion was taken seriously. This location is their largest one and the food is great! I always have a good meal when I come here. The atmosphere is very welcoming, has kids coloring pages and cool art around the building. Drink station was clean and condiments well stocked. We visited Raising Cane’s today for the first time and were thoroughly impressed. The food was incredibly fresh — the chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked, the fries were golden brown and crispy, and the Texas toast was absolutely delicious.

What stood out even more was how well-managed and clean the location was. The dining area was spotless, and the staff made sure tables were cleaned quickly after guests left, which showed great attention to detail.

A special shout-out to Mia, the front desk cashier who took our order — she was exceptionally friendly, patient, and helpful in guiding us through the menu since it was our first visit. Other team members were equally kind and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
