“The wait time to get your food inside takes too long. The wait is if you use the kiosk to order, use the app, or order at the counter. Just don’t see how it should take 10 minutes to get your food. The drive through seems to be relatively quick. It still shocks me to see people take forever to order at the drive through. It’s McDonalds for gods sake. The menu has changed very little in the last 5 years. You’ve been there hundreds of times.

He also gave me a little ‘appetizer’ to try which was a piece of pita bread drizzled with a delicious homemade sauce. That sandwich was HUGE and the portion was generous! If I could give more than 5 stars, I’d give Tito a 5-Diamond rating. He’s a true Ford specialist who genuinely cares about his work and his customers.

I first met Tito after going through a nightmare repair experience with my 2017 Ford Explorer. It had a major issue—a water pump replacement—which was poorly handled by a previous mechanic who cut corners. As a result, the coolant kept leaking, and the vehicle overheated twice. “Stopped in a little over a week ago for lunch with my wife while visiting family in the area for the holidays. Came in blind never hearing about Bubbakoo's and left very happy. The guys working there were super friendly and accommodating. They did a great job preparing the food and beer prices were lower than some bars in the area. The manager even set us up by the tvs, turned on a football game we were interested in, and brought out all the food once it was prepared.

On a side note we tried visiting a Bubbakoo's nearby back home and my wife agrees it was not nearly as good. Not to say anything bad, but rather how GOOD this location is!

The frittata is fluffy yet dense and the goat cheese on top adds a wonderful, creamy and distinct flavor. This may be one of my favorite meals at Disney's Animal Kingdom.“

First Visit – Excellent Experience

We visited Raising Cane’s today for the first time and were thoroughly impressed. The food was incredibly fresh — the chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked, the fries were golden brown and crispy, and the Texas toast was absolutely delicious.

What stood out even more was how well-managed and clean the location was. The dining area was spotless, and the staff made sure tables were cleaned quickly after guests left, which showed great attention to detail.

A special shout-out to Mia, the front desk cashier who took our order — she was exceptionally friendly, patient, and helpful in guiding us through the menu since it was our first visit. Other team members were equally kind and welcoming, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, this location is extremely well-run, offers great food at a very reasonable price, and delivers outstanding customer service. We’ll definitely be back.“
