I placed an order using uber eats however when the uber driver gave me the food it was the incorrect order. He picked up an order for a Josh S instead of “Josh W”. I honestly would have let it be however I ordered over $130+ food and the order I received was nowhere near equivalent. I contacted uber eats through a form but couldn’t reach them so I called the restaurant. The manager “Richard” mentioned that they had the food but didn’t have any drivers. I would have drove to pick it up however I had no vehicle due to flying in for a cruise. Richard took my number and told me he’ll personally drive to my hotel. When he got there he mentioned that he misplaced the paperwork with my number so he went to the front desk and asked if they had any way of locating me using my first name! (He could have easily given up but this guy went the extra mile AGAIN). Next thing I know I received a call from the front desk telling me he was there. All honesty the food was great, however it’s due to Richard’s incredible service and going the extra mile that is going to have me returning again on my next trip to Miami! I can’t thank him enough for stepping out to do what they normally don’t do, just to make sure I was taken care of! Richard I’ll be in town again in February and I’m coming back because of YOU! Did I mentioned it was raining outside as well! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!“

Owner Claudio was always there for us, which makes it surprising since the place deserves more clientele than just the 3 of us 😋“
