My drive-thru order was not taken. I drove up and see if I could make an order at the window and saw two male employees too busy on their phones. I was not acknowledge at the window so I decided to go inside. I mentioned to the employee what had happened and he didn't even apologized or take accountability. I won't be a returning customer to this location. Avoid this store if you could.
I’ve had the worst experience when visiting this location. The young lady that’s always there in the morning is very unprofessional and on her phone while making the smoothies. She gets the sizes and orders wrong. Unfortunate and waste of my money if i’m not getting what i paid for. This is the 5th time now that my smoothie tastes horrible! Came to smoothie king on2/27/24. Order my smoothie from the drive thru and by the time i pulled up to the window my order was handed to me. Andres was there to help me and was very professional. He greeted me with a smile. I will be coming back and will try the bowl next.
