Not all chipotle s are kind of the same.
I normally get terrible customer service at this location but Xavia has changed that. We walked in and she remembered she served us the last time we came in, welcomed and thanked us for coming back. All around great customer service and great employee.
I could see an open trash can in the middle of the kitchen with trash all over the floor.
The food containers were all mostly empty or low with dry food but the team member did replace the empty containers of veggies and cheese with new containers as needed.
Since the meat containers were empty, the team member went to the back & returned having filled the bowls back there.
The meat is dry & unusually spicy.
