Ami, the owner is so personable, inviting and generous and his son and other family members are keeping the same quality and friendly atmosphere since Ami has had some health issues. Now I've heard that there have been antisemitic reviews... this cannot stand. I don't understand some people“

“My 4th visit and it just gets better. After trying various Turkish items I decided to try Fish and Chips. It was cooked to perfection. The food is only equalled by the smiling helpful service and the price is only a little more than some nasty fast food joints. How good is Sara's? Well I opted to have two teeth filled without novocaine injections so I could eat lunch there afterwards.“

“The delicious food for this event was brought by East Bistro, a Syrian restaurant on East Bay in Largo. They are very generous with their portions and their food is very clean and tasty. This is a family owned business, as the MKB group is happy to support local Muslim business around Tampa Bay.“

“As a Bistro employee, I can say without a doubt this is the best place i’ve ever worked at with the absolute best owners, Dan and Ania. They go above and beyond for every single person on our Bistro crew and the Tarpon Tavern crew. Anyone who steps into either one of their businesses is immediately treated like family ❤️ Not to mention the kitchen staff, who are constantly exceeding expectations for our customers. I am so blessed to have the privilege of working for the most caring and generous people in Tarpon Springs.“

“Eddy was amazing! I had the honor of getting him as a server twice during my stay and each time was more than pleasant! By far the best service I had had at this restaurant, even though I must say every server has been friendly and accommodating. Eddy goes above and beyond to give you the service and experience you deserve. I was extremely shocked with how far he went to make the perfect Bloody Mary for me on my mother daughter day. This little gesture went the extra mile for outstanding service and memory.“
