“This bar is excellent. I usually go to trivia on Saturday big tv and have met some new friends while playing. Gretchen,, Henry and Madison are always excellent bartenders and my neighbor Carla is the manager. I definitely enjoy going there as I know I will bet excellent service and always have a great time. I definitely recommend this bar to everyone.“

It reminds me of all the corner bars in Chicago where everyone is welcome by name and treated as a regular... One of the few pubs that has HARPS BEER....It also has pet friendly patio area Angus loves Frank and Paddywagon ! 🐕“

“Ordered the Reuben & Wings w/the sweet chili sauce. Both were really good! I really enjoyed the reuben, it had the perfect amount of everything so it wasn't too messy or too greasy. I will say that the service can be a little better, especially when it's packed for any kind of sports. Thankfully, our favorite waitress, Sydney came in clutch and took over our table. After that, our service was on point! Would recommend to anyone who's never been here before.“

I had waitressed my butt off and these servers are working with what they have. And my husband is a cook at a local restaurant so being in Hospitality we know these workers pull it off.“

“The food was exceptional for pub food. If you’ve been to SIP85 then you’ll understand the food is fantastic. Chicken boneless tenders were hand breaded in house. Club sandwich was excellent, Cuban was solid as was the wedge salad w steak. Croutons on side Caesar salad were made in house too. We will be back.“

“An amazing local bar, great karaoke 7 nights a week, bartenders are amazing, KJ's are amazing, sound system is fantastic, food is unbelievably good, live music, a nice mix of people, it does get busy at night but that's always a good sign of a great place, it's also non smoking

“We asked if one of the TVs could be put on the Olympics opening ceremony as every TV was on baseball. The manager changed 2 channels so that both my husband and I could see from where we're sitting. Was refreshing as the local Ale House where we're from would basically say sorry about your luck, not allowed to change the channels, and we would go someplace else. Lol. The food was awesome, and the service was great. Will definitely eat there again next time in the area.“

Steve, the owner, is a good sport and always does what he can to accommodate his guests. They're cheese steaks are AWESOME! (order them with jalapenos. You'll thank me later!) The Cinco de Mayo food (Birra tacos and Mexican street corn)the chef made was on point and I would have drank the consume as a soup by itself. Staff is friendly, and service was prompt. “I recently visited The Corner Pocket when I was in town to visit my mom. As an enthusiast pool player, I needed to hit some balls and ended up here. I've visited rooms all over the country and I have to say that this room is definitely worth the visit. Clean room. Solid equipment. Nice vibe. It's everything I'd want in a room. Tables roll fast. And the table make me look like a pro when drawing the ball. Highly recommend this room if you are in the area! Thanks for taking care of me. And getting my ID back to me after I accidentally left it. Hope we cross paths again in the near future.“

“Overall a fun atmosphere with friendly staff. The singer Rob Kosinski was excellent! Talented and entertaining plus he took requests. The service at bar was slow but expected with only one person doing the work. Our food order was slow as well but definitely worth the wait. Best BLT in years!!! Loved that they have a RUSH pinball machine ? Will definitely be going back! I would have given 5 stars but will call this a 4.5 only because service was slow.“
